The hotel was perfect, we were provided with everything we needed and then some :) The personnel were always professional, as well as kind, nice to kids, and willing to help. There is enough English-speaking staff that I was able to communicate everything without any issue, despite not knowing any Italian. The receptionists were amazing, always helpful about my various questions and requests, always with a smile. I also have high praise for the kitchen and waiting staff, the food was delicious with good variety, and they were always calm and kind around my picky, rowdy, and messy 3 year old. We had full board, which included a self-serve breakfast (wide selection of delicious sweet pastries, as well as some ham, cheese, and salami that I haven't tried; coffee, juice, water, milk), a lunch and dinner, both consisting of self-serve starter, and two courses (4 choices both), and dessert (multiple choice, including amazing ice cream). Lunch and dinner drinks are paid extra, which was good for us, since we only drink water, and it was priced very reasonably (I think we spent less than 15€ for four for a week.). I noticed wine and sodas were also an option. The room was clean, it had comfortable beds, and all the facilities I could think of, including a stable enough wifi, balcony, AC, blinders, and a spacious shower in the bathroom. Towels and bedsheets as well as general clean up provided daily. We spent almost all our time on the beach, which was just about everything we could wish for - a parasol and two loungers, showers, toilets, small kids playground, storage space for inflatables, and a playground for petanque. All of that, 50m from the hotel, for mere 16€ per day. The beach itself is kept very clean and orderly. The slope is extremely shallow, so perfect for non-swimmers and kids. There are breakwaters, so the waves are mild at worst, when there is the occasional wind.

There was nothing that would really bother us. I suppose some may not appreciate the regular disco music on the beach, we didn't mind. In similar vein, our room was right above the back of the kitchen, so there was regular cleanup noise after lunch and dinner, again we didn't mind. In the end, with the AC and window shutters, noise should never be an issue in the room. We had a bunk bed in our room, the top bed might be a problem with small kids, it was no problem for our 6 year old. I can't think of anything else and the above is already nitpicking. The place is perfect for a family stay ;)

The position of the hotel is amazing, the staff friendly and professional, always available, working to make your stay the best experience. The place is clean and organized, food is abundant and good, we had the all inclusive formula breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We booked room with double bed, even if we was with child (she don't like to sleep alone). They gave us room with double and single bed (happened to me few times before, always for same price), for which we had to pay extra on check out. Stuff should warn us about extra costs for room, so we would insist on exactly booked one.

The parking is a mess, with limited space so you need to leave the car key to the hotel, but it’s not managed well! we were very unlucky that there was a car parked behind us and didn’t leave the key or the staff didn’t ask for their car key, and they didn’t know and couldn’t find out which guest was it so our car got stuck inside for whole day.. the lady staff tried to fix the problem and lend us her car in the morning so we could go to our destination but till evening they were still unable to resolve the problem..

Nice and helpful staff, clean room, perfect place next to the sea and beach. Many restaurants and shops in close distance.

Breakfast was not so good. Small selection and poor organization of replenishment of missing items. Cheap and low quality food.
