People working there are amazing! Friendly, full of kindness and very helpful, my holiday was great thanks to this. Apartament (2a) was clean, simple and comfortable. Great bar, good food and drinks. Area around hotel is also very nice for visitors. You can find there everything you need. Parking is 5 min walking from hotel, good space, easy access to main road and you can avoid street with many people walking around your car. Great air conditioners, worked very well during hot days. Our dog was very welcome here, everyone was great for her and I felt that this place is well prepared for pet guests :)

What I would suggest is to add to the room iron and kettle. Everything else was perfect.

- Great location straight on the beach, close to many restaurants, shops, entertainment... - Nice swimming pool, water always warn enough even for our small kids. - Super spacious apartment even for 6 persons, big balcony with side see view, well equipped, very comfy beds... - Free parking roughly 400m from the hotel. - Free bikes. - Special activities for hotel guests (Piadina day, Spaghetti for all, Snacks and refreshments). - Hotel restaurant with great and friendly personnel and acceptable prices. - Nice and friendly personnel of the hotel, always ready to help and support!

I should probably name couple of things, however, for money I paid and for the approach of the personnel towards me and my family, there is no reason to do that! Many thanks, HRG!!!

Fantastic location right on the beach. Staff were so helpful throughout - thank you. Our apartment had a beautiful view over the Adriatic. The restaurant / cafe provided really good food. The price we paid was for the basic package then other bits can be added as extras. This is something to be aware of but is not a negative as it enables you to build the stay to suit you rather than including stuff you may not need. For example, we brought our own towels but hired lined, paid for the private beach, aircon and a car parking space at the property rather than the free one offered a bit further away.

Welcomed staff. Fully equipped apartment with kitchen staff, nice balcony. The hotel has its own beach. Our accommodation was perfectly arranged. Nice entertainment each day, especially for kids. Thank you for the perfect vacation.

Amazing staff - reception, pool, beach! Strategic place at the beach. Beautiful sea view. Bellaria as a town is great. Big rooms and balcony. All clean. Nice parking and free bicycles. We had a wonderful holiday.

These are only minor things - small space for legs at the toilet, and obě if the lifts was broken - but dye to low season the other lift was OK and managed to serve all.

This is a place of great value for the money you pay. Rooms are nice (even though a bit "tired") and adequately equipped for a long holiday stay. Huge balconies in each room where you can have your own meals. Nice restaurant in the building. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice additions like aperitivo on Monday morning or pasta night. Will be aiming to come back again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food specially pizza by Pol xx
