Hotel is great. We were there for Ecomondo so I cannot comment on summer season but for end of season stay they were excellent. Very nice rooms, great service, free parking and very nice spa to enjoy after a long work day. Surely we will consider for next year too.

Wifi in the room was not great. Breakfast was very Italian, some healthier options (more veggies for example) would be nice addition to 10 different cakes and sweets. Hotel area is quite dead in this time of the year so without a car, it might be problematic to stay here. (Summer season should be fine)

Spa facilities had really awesome Finnish style sauna!

There were no electric sockets by the bed, which was a minor inconvenience. Also the breakfast was little too sweet overall but that's a preferential thing I suppose.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the girl at the reception was very friendly.

The bathroom was not cleaned well and the towels didn't smell nice.

Location is very good. Breakfast is nice.

Our room was too small. As far as we understood the hotel has some rooms renovated and some rooms not. We got one of those not renovated but the real problem was the size of the room, especially the bathroom. If myself and my 7 year old daughter we had difficulties in the bathroom to "fit-in", no need to say what a nightmare was for my 185 cm high husband. They apologized for the size of the room saying that it is one of the smallest room they have, and not all rooms are like this one. If I had seen the picture of this room in the "room description" section, for sure I would not take it. Fortunately we had booked only for 2 nights, if it would had been for a longer stay, for sure we had asked either for changing the room or we had changed the hotel.
