this accommodation is amazing! we stayed there with my family for two nights and we liked it so much. it was my parents’ first trip to Italy and they had the best first impression. hosts were very nice and welcoming. they provided us delicious and hearty breakfasts, not like in the other places. accommodation had everything we needed (hair dryer, air conditioner, water, bread and some tasty drink). it locates in quiet and cozy village near Milan (30 minutes by car). there is a free parking in the courtyard of the house. thank you for hosting us. my parents still remember this place with pleasant emotions☺️

The owner Marco and his wife were super helpful and friendly, and Marco gladly helped us with local information and restaurant recommendations.The room and bathroom were spacious and super clean with A/C, and breakfast was great and sets you up for the day nicely! WIFI was fast and with a strong signal, and the hotel is pet friendly, as we brought our little dog with us. We totally understand the positive reviews for this property, as we had a great experience first hand at B&B Ca' Nobil. Great location for a stop over, as we were driving from Germany to France and the property is near all main motorways and roads. We hope to visit again soon, and we have no hesitation in recommending this lovely little property.

We could park car in front of the door, so it was very comfortable and fast to get our stuff in and out of car. We used washingmachine and there was also available drying rack. Host had left us some products, so we could use them on arrival and in the morning. They also brough freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. There was also available information about points of interest nearby. Host also gave us suggestions for dinner. We had everything we needed, and it would be enough even if we would stay for more time. They had two aircon units un apartment.

Some furniture, especially in the kitchen, could use refurbishment.

The rooms were fresh and clean, the air-conditioning was on and it was a relief after the hot weather and long drive. Bathroom had everything needed, from hairdryer to washing machine. We were supposed to check in on our own since we came late in the night but the owner was still upp and welcomed us. Breakfast was up to standard, eggs, fresh bread and croissants, cereal, etc. Really recommend 👌 Down to earth and worth every penny.

Homely, bright and clean spaces where you can feel absolutely welcome and comfortable. Ca’ Nobil is enriched by thoughtful touches like hairdryer and toothbrushes that will make you feel like you’re not missing anything at all in your stay. You’ll be eating breakfast thinking “am I in heaven? 🤍” while choosing from anything between croissants, to cereals, from toast with several types of cured ham, to jam and butter, cake and more.. delicious coffee and teas provided also and the room also have a tv. Absolutely spoiled in this amazing place 🙏🏼 highly recommended 😀

I have reviewed this accommodation before, so I would just like to add a few new things to my previous review. As we had a long journey ahead of us, we wanted to get an early start with an early breakfast. The owner, Marco, was very kind and flexible, and we were able to have breakfast at 06:30, as we requested. This time we got the second of the three rooms. This showed us that each room has a different décor and a different atmosphere, which makes it a pearl among the self-checkin accommodations. We really love this charming pearl of Italy. This was our second time here and I think we will come back again.

Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped apartment in absolutely stunning surroundings. Given lots of helpful suggestions by the owner. Simple but plentiful breakfast. Don't miss the opportunity to see the area while you're there!

Minor things could be improved, i.e. the mattress of the main bed was not very supportive, the kitchen cupboards and some external walls need some maintenance, and the cleaningness under the bed was insufficient. We didn't mind, however, because this place is EXCELLENT value for money and we felt very comfortable there. Plus the surroundings are idyllic and a good base for visiting Milan. Would definitely go back if visiting that area again!

Nicely designed interior, great dining room. Small but cared nice garden. It`s all cozy. Me and my family loved to be here. We only stayed for one night, but you could easily spend a week here if we only evaluate the accomodation. The owner is enthusiastic and attentive. Overall, an accommodation in a quiet location with a very good atmosphere. I can recommend it with a calm heart to those who want to relax in great conditions either as a break from a long journey or as accommodation close to Milan.

You can't walk around the area very much, because there's practically nowhere to go, nothing to see. However, the owner cannot do anything about this.

Quiet location apart from church bells in the morning. Everything was clean, enough space. Very nicely laid out breakfast in the morning with gluten-free and lactose free products for us.

Very humid, the common room smells moldy and there were lots of mosquitos. Check-out at 10 is rushed.
