All staff were very nice. Excellent breakfast was there every morning, very wide range of food, eggs, cheese, yoghurts, fruits, baceries... A lot. Sea is 3 minutes walking, shops, pizzerias, gelaterias, spar, supermarkets, suvenirs, plenty of shops available. Also benefit is the umbrellas and sunbeds are free for the hotel room. Airconditioner is included in price too. Dog friendly hotel. I love this hotel, this is not my first time here, I alwys choose them when Im going to Bibione.

I wanted to contact them by phone, but they dont pick it up, impossible to speap with them. But they answer to the email correctly. Shower quite small but useable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was dog friendly like the rest of the hotel too. The hotel had a good location, the dog beach was near to it.

The parking method. One has to leave the car key at the reception and the cars are moved from one place to another if needed. It is not like you jump into your car and drive away. You have to plan it. The walls were pretty thin, so one could hear everything what was happening in the neighbour rooms.

Everything in good working order, clean. Plenty of storage space in the room, hangers, a plastic stool in the bathroom. The A/C was pre-set just right (there was no way to change the settings, however, just to switch it on or off). Pleasant balcony with a partial sea view, plastic chairs on the balcony. Each room has a reserved spot on the beach, complete with umbrella and beach chairs. A great selection of different foods for breakfast, good coffee. Very kind and helpful staff.

Wifi in the room was weak or nonexistent (worked well in the lobby though). The room had no window as such, just the balcony door. A drying rack for wet beach towels and swimsuits would have been helpful.

the staff very kind and available. Breakfast was various and delicious. Beach sunbeds included in the rate, and the hotel located in the heart of the centre.Balcony in the room, silent and the curtains are dark enough to hide the inside.

the room was a little bit small, and i prefer matresses a little bit softer, but it's personal.

Staff is lovely, receptionist spoke amazing german and english. The man for parking deserves a raise for his job!!

Breakfast was a bit empty, we often found empty containers and had to wait for new food (eggs, bacon etc.), otherwise okay.

Good breakfast, personal kind and room looked after everyday.

Bed madress was out of date , room very small.

Close to the beach, great location, delicious and varied breakfasts, table on the terrace, clothes dryer

Very clean, good location, very kind and felxible staff, delicious breakfast, very comfortable bed, air-conditioning.

The room was quite small for 4, and we got a room with the smallest balcony, but apart from that everything was just perfect.
