Parking, AC, location, pool

No soap or other cosmetics in the bathroom, only a bottle of shower gel in the shower. No place to hang the towel. Internet very bad. I never have breakfast( was anyway included in my booking) and i ask at 10:18 only for a coffee to go and i got the answer: is too late .. Anyway, the lady give me some coffee.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant. The pool was a positive surprise: spacious enough for lots of underwater swimming for my 11-year old, warm and refreshing and very clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Location is great, right on the main pedestrian area with all the restaurants and tourist shops. The well-isolated windows kept out the noise from the room, and the thick curtains the bright lights. Appreciated that one could use any free beach umbrella in the designated hotel section, and that the use of beach unbrella as well as pool area was also included on the day of check-out.

Not so pleasant was the cigarette smoke entering our room when opening the door to the balcony. Luckily the room had air-conditioning, so opening that door for prolonged periods was not necessary.

I love it! full of choice…. shopping street next to and amazing people caring and attentive! all staff at the hotel was super friendly and professional! even in the breakfast time! eastern holiday - this was one of the few hotels that were open in Bibione cleanliness,

room is more like a university dormitory for students and not a 3star hotel price is well too high for this kind of a room room is small, it is very poorly furnished breakfast was poor for 3star hotel, no vegetables at all

Breakfast is poor. Bread is stale. If you don't eat sweet in the morning you are extremely limited. Eggs only hard boiled - we asked for omlette and got it after 30min, after insisting we are still waiting for it. Breakfast room is extremely crowded, tables are very close, however you cannot take your own food, the staff is serving you. They say for covid safety reason, so this makes no sense with the overcrowded room. We were a group of 6 adults. After 4 days we were moved from a table for 7 to a table for 5. In our place they put a group of 4 adults and 1 small child at a table for 7 adults. We had ants in the bathroom. The front side of the sink wasn't washed after the previous tourists - there was lipstick on it. The floors were never washed during our stay. The balcony wasn't even sweeped/vacuumed. Children screaming at midnight for 1 hour at the swimming pool which should have been closed. Poor wifi mostly not working in the morning or in the evening.
