The property is clean and beautifully maintained. The family that runs it are delightful and the twin brothers are lots of fun! Food was incredible (cooked right there busy their mother!), and it is close to the beautiful Lago Ampollino.
We went in September so weather was wonderful but we were between seasons so it was very quiet with very few activities, but we still had a relaxing time with great walks.

The family who owns and runs the property are so nice, especially the twin brothers Alessandro and Claudio! Very clean beautiful property and the mother cooked a fantastic meal in the restaurant. We felt like we were in their home. Great location near Lago Ampollino.
We traveled in September so the rest of the small ski town was empty and there were not any activities available other than off-road rides.

Alessandro & his staff were exceptional, particularly Kareem who looked after us throughout. Location good, many sporting activities on the doorstep.
Unfortunately due to the time of year (August) the room was too hot for us, no aircon, mosquito screen, fan or fridge + mattress was very hard. Balcony did not have seating.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the staff very helpful and friendly and even allowed us to park our motorcycle on the terrace where staff could keep an eye on it (obviously it was low season and the terrace was not in use). The food in the restaurant was really amazing and at very affordable prices.

Staff was nice, but slow to respond because they were very busy! Although it is in a beautiful area, but hotel has no view.
Our room had a sloping ceiling where not only my 6’ husband but my 5’5” self kept hitting our heads on the ceiling and had to constantly stoop over. Shower was so small you couldn’t turn around. Bed was very hard. Housekeeping wouldn’t service room after 12:00 noon. Quad cycles made loud noise from early morning to early evening. Breakfast was adequate at best with food apparently not refilled timely - but the coffee and croissants were good.
