Florianna is excellent. We became stuck in the very narrow streets and we could not go forward and could not go backwards. Her neighbors came out to rescue us with 6 Italians all speaking with their hands whether we should turn the wheel Right or left. Florianna showed up and took control rescuing us from the jaws of 500 year old streets and craggy walls. In the morning we woke up to a marvelous view of the rooftops of Calatgirone, and the famous steps, right below our balcony. Lovely room and marvelous service. To my chagrin, she gave us excellent recommendations for ceramica.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and we found it very comfortable throughout. The bathroom and shower were excellent, and we especially loved the beautiful outlook over the historic centre.

There were no kitchen facilities available. Breakfast was not provided, despite the listing suggesting B&B. It would also be helpful to offer clearer information about parking as it provided no specific directions or details.

The name of the place is misleading. B&B suggests breakfast. There is no breakfast and no place to prepare it. There is only a small reception with a coffee machine and weak cookies. The apartment is nice overlooking the famous steps. We were unlucky because the stairs were being renovated and there was noise every day from 7.00 a.m. - but it's not the apartment's fault :)

B&B iMori was a great choice, it is in the town centre, right by the famous stairs (literally). The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and modern, same as the bathroom. No fault could be found. Communication with the B&B before and after arrival was perfect, Giorgia is so helpful and nice (and patient!). She gave us very useful and clear directions on where to park our car close to the B&B, and her recommendations for dinner were also great. Thanks a lot!

The location is excellent, with one window overlooking the famous staircase and another overlooking the Cupola of Caltagirone and several church crosses. Since it was far from the station, I asked for a shuttle and was told that they would arrange a taxi for me. I was a little dissatisfied, but a cute electric tricycle called a tuk-tuk came instead of a taxi. It was my first time riding in a tuk-tuk driven by the cheerful Daniela, and it was a lot of fun. The staff Giorgia is very kind. The rooms are clean and modern, with tea, coffee and sweets provided. Located at the entrance next to the stairs, it is convenient for accessing the center. If I go again, I will stay here again.

There is a small balcony, but I would have liked a chair to sit on it. The washroom was difficult to use, probably because it was modern and focused on appearance.

Room a bit small. Didn’t like that the host needed to know very precisely what time we come as it’s not so easy to get data abroad at all times. Didn’t get help with luggage on arrival. Quite a strong smell from the bathroom

Easy and clear communication with property owner, who is lovely. Very helpful with explaining how to find the property and find close parking. Excellent location on the famous 142 steps. Close to all restaurants, bars, cafés and ceramic shops. Great view from our corner room. Good outlets and lighting. Quiet location. Comfortable size room, clean, and nicely decorated. Modern and comfortable size bathroom. Good bed, pillows and bedding. Snacks and coffee available all the time. We stayed one night, and were so glad we picked this b&b.

Breakfast was 2 vouchers for one of two cafés close to b&b. We chose one cafe which was beautiful (in an old theater) and just a couple minutes walk from b&b. The voucher was for a few Euro (4€ ?) and only got us each a pastry and a coffee. We paid extra for fresh OJ. They had many options on their menu (you'd just have to pay extra). Maybe the other cafe was better priced? Caltagirone may not have great water pressure(?) We made the mistake of washing up, and trying to shower at the same time, and the water went down to a trickle for a minute..then came back! No big deal after, but be mindful to use one water source at a time (it's different than home). Fyi: first floor walk-up. No lift.

The hosts were amazing! Went out of their way to help us with parking and recommendations for dining. They gave us a free room upgrade! Excellent bed and bath. Lots of good guidebooks available. Coffee, tea and snacks complimentary. Very safe & secure Highly recommended! Great communication responses.

The position of the property is perfect Right on the staircase and within walking distance to all the important sights Georgia was there to meet us and kindly gave us excellent advice about where to eat and what to do The room itself was clean and bright with the best views over the old town It was very quiet and we enjoyed a very comfortable sleep The aircon was fabulous There was free parking nearby Would highly recommend this B&B

This is a very special little B&B, the customer care is 5 star treatment from the staff. If you’re new to Caltagirone the staff are so welcoming, you are treated like family. So friendly & the most comfortable beds in caltagirone, the rooms are spacious & very modern with immaculate finishes to the rooms.

I didn’t like to leave the property, I wanted to stay longer.
