We liked the view which in sea front rooms is great. Room was recently repainted and clean. Staff was friendly and waited for us arriving around 20:00. Location is okay, calmer than those close to old town and better beach area, more space between sunbeds which are reserved for hotel guest and without those it could be hard to find available ones. It is best to choose sea front view rooms if possible or to backyard/parking. Also Caorle's old town is nice an cosy, worths visiting.

Value for money could be better. From the outside building needs renovation/repaint. Breakfast is until 9:30 only, so we have not taken that. Probably the worst part is that hotel lacks of soundproof doors and walls. Early in the morning You hear all the neighbours starting to raise up and going to breakfast or cleaning ladies so if You are not an early bird that could be annoying. Also parking cost 15 Eur/day where other hotels can reserve parking in blue zone without extra cost, but in most places it is an additional cost.

Great location, right at the beach, and super friendly staff. Rooms are big enough with AC and small balcony. Possibility to borrow bike to move faster around town. Also parking in front of the hotel included

We had to move out to another hotel for breakfast. We didn’t mind, but it could constitute problem for some other guests.

Great hotel in a great location, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice.

Top location, 10 min very pleasant walk on the boardwalk to shops and restaurants, but quiet location just far enough away from the noise. The beach was more spacious and quieter than at the hotels directly in the center. If possible, we will go back!! My parent's room had a beautiful view of the sea with a balcony which they loved. The staff couldn't possibly have been more friendly and helpful. We were there in late August and the mosquitoes were at a minimum. Perfect stay!!

An oustanding location directly at the beach, close to the center of a city but still reasonably quiet. A good quality breakfast with a seaview. A real family atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff speaking all major languages. Exceptional value for money.

Convenient location on beach.

Noise from neighborhood, did not keep the quiet hours although they advocate them. Most time no English speaking staff. Got falsely accused of damaging the property. Got lied to about invoicing. Repeated need to sign up to wifi is just tiresome.
