Location was excellent. Apartment was bigger than I expected, plus the large balcony and view was a bonus. We arrived early and even though the apt hadn't been cleaned we could drop our bags and they sent a text when it was ready. Communication at all times was swift and quick with the agency. Wifi on our level with multiple kids devices wasn't great but was quickly resolved by helpful staff. There was a large supermarket within a 5-10min walk which also made it easy to stock up on essentials.

I had read other reviews and was a bit uncertain but honestly had no complaints.

City, apartment equipment and beautiful clear beach.

It was not open the agency at 7:30 AM during check-out, but even from 8:30 AM. I tried to call to the agency, but it was without any reaction. And i think, that is unnecessarily to bring special wifi router from agency to the apartment. From my opinion is better, when the wifi router will be a tightly-knit part of apartment and the customer will get special password in the agency, which it will be valid only during the vacation.

I can confirm what I read in previous comments, they could do better with cleaning. The apartment is clean enough but it seems that the vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced. The dust is especially visible on the bathroom floor when it gets wet. Everything else Is ok, the toilet, the shower, the kitchen, all nice and clean but floors are a bit dusty. Another thing is the checkout, we need to return the keys and the wifi router to the agency by ourselves. I've never seen this practice before.

The only advantage was the the top floor balcony.

we had problems with the central gas heating system which also heats up the water. it was not working and after a short visit from a specialist it turned out there have been issues with the system for some time now. the bunk bed in the second room was not stable and its leader was not convenient. in general, the beds in second room couldn’t be used.

Very large apartment right next tot the beach (1 minute walk, second layer of flats, near the L area of the sunbeds). Reserved parking spot, clean rooms, right on the first floor with a huge balcony. The keys can be picked up at their agency downtown (10 min walk or less). Everything from communication to check-in and checkout was flawless, nothing to complain. Prices were according to the normal value of Caorle in August nonetheless.

only 1 parking place per the big appartment for 6 people (however, no big problem, it was possible to park our second car quite nearby - 5 min. by walk from the appartment there are free parking places, no additional payment needed)

The terrace for our apartment was HUGE and it was really nice to be able to cook and then eat out in that space as a family. We were also only one block away for the eastern beach (Levante), which is the one we loike more ;-)

All agreed specials were in the flat (baby bed). Very close to the beach and the center of Caorle. Close to supermarket and backery.
