I can report very positive things. We stayed there for four days with 5 people. Otherwise everything was great - the accommodation is actually the "closest possible" point to the sea. Only a narrow, idyllic strip of pine forest separates the beach and had to be crossed. About 3-5 minutes walking time. Afterwards you are directly on a clean, public beach, really clean water with a wonderful view. To the left and right of it there are beach clubs with loungers, umbrellas and a restaurant if someone prefers that. The pool in the Apartment complex, including good loungers, is also great, everything is very well maintained. You can actually see that in the whole complex, it's really well maintained. Best Italian coffee, good croissants there.. Almost at cost price and really made with love. In the immediate vicinity there are countless Italian restaurants, world-class food, like the Pizzeria Il Tempi... Ask the chief there for the best Restaurants - Great, and really cheap... Personally, I really enjoyed the friendly, courteous service from the boss, just a quick free coffee.....Thank you man. ..👌🇮🇹❤️

The only points of criticism - take mosquito repellent with you in the fall, the mosquitos are common, here in this complex moderate - but generally throughout Italy. And the shower walls/doors in our bathroom had to be wiped all around because the walls didn't close completely tightly.

Hostess was not helpful. Place was pretty sad. No hot water. Bathroom was crap. Never would use again
