All of the accommodations were wonderful. I really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and I am now a Kneipp path convert. We paid for breakfast and it was well worth it, with a wide variety of fruit and sweet and savory pastries. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant several nights during our stay.

I wish that transportation in the area was better. This is by no means the fault of the property, but we ventured to Forte dei Marmi on Sunday and then experienced great difficulty finding a taxi to take us back to the hotel.

There was absolutely nothing not to like! Everything was extraordinary from the facilities to the food and the wonderful service from the kind staff. The swimming pool was covered which allowed for swimming even on rainy days and the beach was just across the street. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing vacation (where dogs are also welcome, which made us love the place even more!)

This mistake was our own! We arrived by train from Milan and didn't rent a car which made going on trips a bit difficult. But it was definitely possible. The staff was so kind to help us order taxis when needed and check the timetables of the busses and trains. We loved our stay and are wishing to come back some day!

It was perfect! We had an apartment, it was big and clean, with all you could need. Also washing Maschine was there, you have to have your own detergent. We also booked extra a breakfast for 20 Euro p.p. in the hotel. The hotel has a perfect position. You go through the garden, across the street and there is a free beach. We had our stuff, but sun lounges and parasols can be rented in the beach clubs. As it was so close to the hotel, we went with our daughter to swim and build the sand castle in the morning and went back to the pool and shadow bellow the trees in the hotel garden for the noon. There is gelateria just on the corner and a great restaurant Vintage, with great food and cocktails 200m from the hotel. Bikes are also available free from charge even with baby seat.

We have no negative point! We read in some reviews that it is noisy. The airport we did not hear, like 1-2 a day a rescue helicopter went away and came back. Si this did not bother us at all.above our apartment the lady was wearing heels all the time, so this you hear, but I thing that this you would hear in every hotel.

The swimming pool and the garden were very relaxing. The beach was right across the street. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast excellent as well. I was offered nice options for gluten-free food. The staff was very friendly and caring. Bikes available.

Not much going on in the direct neighbourhood in terms of stores, events and restaurants.

Laundry took too long time. Additional charges for many small things which could have been included.

My stay was just perfect for both the room which was very clean and spacious, the property is in the perfect location with beautiful park and lovely pool perfect for swimming laps and spa for relaxing. I am sorry I could not stay for longer!

Everything was perfect

Everything was great! the property itself is super clean as well as the rooms! Caterina and the staff was great! we traveled with our cat from Switzerland and the cleaning ladies apart from being nice, they always made sure our cat was safe! this really gave us a piece of mind throughout the entire week that we where there. Thanks again for our magnificent suite with view to the ocean! The staff in the restaurant was super attentive too! our coffee was served without even asking after they knew our preferences. This is our hotel of choice every year when we travel to forte! The free bicycles to explore the city was great and the breakfast with fresh pastries was delicious too!

The bed is not comfortable the towels are clean but they need to be changed

Breakfast was excellent with local, good quality products! Coffee was also good, I do recommend it!

I was travelling with an electrical car and the hotel has a charger. It is extremely slow though (eg. e bit like what you would get if you would use a standard power plug...) and much too expensive. (25EUR pro charge). You get a much better deal if you just use the many public chargers along the sea coast... A tip for the hotel owners: like many other hotels, you should just offer free charging on that EV charger and then everyone will be happy!
