We stayed in the Pink Room and it was an absolute dream. Gaia, the owner, has impeccable taste — the entire villa looks like it belongs in the pages of a fancy interior magazine. Everything was beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. The AC was also excellent, which we really appreciated during the hot days. Breakfast was lovely, with a variety of options — and they’re happy to prepare eggs any way you like. The pool is a perfect size for a proper swim, and you can even enjoy it at night. Grazie mille — we will be back! 🩵

This is a private villa in its own grounds behind a large property wall - created and decorated in >>extremely<< good (successfully innovative) architectural taste. Due to change of plans I needed a place locally immediately - was welcomed late with 100% charm by owner and his daughter - they made me a 07h30(!) big breakfast and I was on my way. The bedroom is a set piece of clever innovative good taste. There was a huge Jacuzzi (for those who like them). Overall, a refreshing and stimulating experience ! For approx 70 euros (if I remember rightly) it was a great value.

Nothing to DISapprove - was all good

The accommodation is located in a beautiful environment, in a very nicely decorated building. The host was very kind, helpful, and offered us a delicious homemade breakfast.

I travel frequently and do not typically give reviews. Extremely nice facility and great location for making visits to nearby attactions (we visited concentration camp at Fossili). The owner extremely friendly, NOT condescending (important to me), and truely seemed like a nice chap. Hope he keeps his prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very small issue: had to wait a bit for coffee at breakfast. Not a big deal.

We would have liked new towels every day. It was very dark and a bit far from the Main Centre. Stairs were hard for getting suitcases to our bedroom.

The staff is great and very attentive. Always there to help and satisfy any need. The pool is there right place to have fun with your children. I will come back for sure.

We had a lovely 7 days at the Ville. Mauro was so helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great. We loved it.

A little tricky if you want to get to town (Carpi) But there's a nice little pizza place 15 minutes walk away - but over a busy carriageway.

The whole place is beautiful, with a gorgeous and spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed! Stunning and peaceful location. 😊 Mauro is lovely and kindly helped me with my Italian.
