Beautiful historical castle with modern comfort and facilities. Absolutely fantastic huge new spa !!! Enjoy it very much

We were very disappointed that the restaurant for dinner wasn’t in the main historical building . It looked like dinner for 3 star family hotel , though the breakfast was served in the beautiful hall inside the castle . Would be great if dinner also would served there and outside when the weather is nice

We loved the spa and being in the beautiful castle, the breakfast was good, servers were there to bring you coffee and make sure you had everything you need. We had dinner at the hotel and that was very good, quick service too, if you want to eat out on the terrace you have to book ahead, we didn't do that and had a table right next to the phone which rang off the hook. Our spa experience was incredible, after hiking the dolomites it was the perfect was to give our bodies some TLC. I highly recommend booking a massage ahead of time and spending the day in the spa.

The bed was not very comfortable and sheets were of low quality.

Extremely fun setting and beautiful views from the grounds. The stay was unique and memorable. Breakfast in particular was excellent, and the on-site restaurant was able to accommodate us for dinner with minimal notice, which was appreciated.

As it was my first night in Italy after years away from Europe, I forgot that everyone seems to sleep hotter here. With the combo of that and the jet lag, and a more rustic bed, I wished I was more comfortable. The A/C was working, but I sleep colder than most, I think. I just couldn't cool down. Paying for parking was a bit lame, though a reasonable cost (<$15).

Very different and very nice experience in a hotel located in a historical castle, very helpful and professional staff, the room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, we could only stay one night because the other day the hotel was fully booked, but as we wanted to use the Spa, the staff offered us a late check out. The Spa was from 09:00 to 12:30 and we left the hotel at 13:00. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed a dinner on the terrace of the restaurant with live music which was a nice experience. If I have to mention about the Spa, a perfect experience within the walls of the historic castle, many different options, not very crowded, according to me it is a must do (there are many options because it is over 2 acre of outdoor and indoor spaces which you can check from the hotel's website. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

As it is a historic building there are some obstacles, like 3 steps going down while entering the room In the Spa: very few staff working, no coffee or drinks except some healthy aromatic water which I didn't like (there used to be a cafe (namely orangerie) but closed), massage was not available on the day we stayed. No coffee making facility in the room

The hotel is very unique with 2000 years building. The lobby its spectacular, staff is very friendly! The breakfast very good and feels like royal family breakfast. Hotel very clean. Rooms found a bit small with average bathroom. But SPA is unbelievable! Highly recommend to visit it. Very modern hits the old castle and mixed in harmony well done for designers who done this. Spa has a lot of facilities defiantly would love to return to this SPA. The hotel is very close to Venice Airport just one 1 hour drive.

as mention the room size i would like to have a bigger one but for night was ok. The bed takes most of the space and looks great. the average bathroom nothing special so was expecting more unique for this place.

Really spectacular views, and such a unique stay - we booked here as a treat at the end of our holiday and it didn't disappoint. The views are just spectacular, and the grounds of the hotel are unreal.

The rooms are very traditional, and so less comfortable than some of the newer hotels, and the bathrooms are quite small and not very luxurious compared to the opulence throughout the rest of the hotel.

I stayed for a night at CastelBrando and even though I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, I enjoyed my short stay. The castle has a lot to offer and I recommend you spend half a day or a complete day at the place to explore everything. The staff were great and classy. Overall, I would recommend it if you are looking for a fancy relaxing vacation spot.

This is a beautiful castle with lots to explore, my kids loved it, including my oldest (husband) lol! But most of all the front desk people are the most welcoming and helpful. I forgot the name of the gentleman, but he went above and beyond!!! I wished we had a longer stay to explore more and had more time to go down to town.

Wonderful venue that has been restored sympathetically. It is not ultra luxury but that means that the feel of the original castle was maintained. Staff were exceptional (especially Krystale on reception) and organised a tour of the castle at short notice. Spa also very good quality.

Beds are a little firm.

One of the best spa's I've ever been to! The view and energy of the castle is also incredible. I definitely recommend this place. The restaurant on the other hand is not that great. That's quite disappointing.

The food of the restaurant next door is that great.
