Very nice hotel. Clean and Good location. ample parking. friendly staff. great continental breakfast and even for those who like English breakfast. the food in restaurant was also good and value for money. I totally recommend it. thanks for everything.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was amazing. The spa is fabulous - wonderful environment and great services. Don't miss getting a massage. The people are very responsive and helpful.

The hotel is not so far from the town Castel di Sangro (1 km) but my mother cannot walk so the staff was so amabile to take us and pick up during pur stay !🌞

Everything was very good the restaurant is very good. But expensive the hot chocolate at the bar. Then the restaurant was not open the Friday evening and Saturday

Helpful staff, great area to store our bikes, upgraded our rooms, great to shuttle us to local town for dinner

Aircon didn’t work which meant bedroom was too hot.

Uncovered but private parking spot. Friendly staff was the best of my stay. They helped me with booking restaurants and various questions.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed 2 nights and the first day of breakfast we had not many options: only a variety of cakes, no juice, no cheese and ham.

The location of the place. The place itself , the exterior part near the pool. Breakfast was very good.

There were groups at the hotel, so dinner was only a very limited buffet.

Room was large, amenities nice, dark curtains for sleeping, beautiful decor, elevator was great

No discount at spa if you book thru booking or other agent. Booking your stay directly at same price gives you discounts. And they tell you at spa :( ( not nice on brokers)

Family friendly and staff wonderful!

We chose it as my son loves swimming and there were two advertised - neither of which he could use. He was gutted.

Modern but subtle design, very very VERY nice staff!

Maybe old elevator… I really don’t have any downsides of our stay.
