I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks primarily to the amazing location and nice staff. The two receptionists were exceptionally helpful and kind. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony with its stunning sea and sunset views. Having direct access to the rocky cove beach was incredibly convenient, I found a perfect spot, but it’s small so timing is key. The nearby bus stop is also a great asset for those without a car. The room was cleaned daily and to a good standard. However, it’s important to manage expectations: while the hotel may have been renovated in parts in 2022, my room and particularly the bathroom, which was small, felt quite dated and in need of an update. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the room, which should have been a useful amenity. The bed was also two singles pushed together, which isn’t as comfortable as a proper double. The staff were very responsive when I pointed out issues, but some things should be addressed proactively. Overall, a great choice for those prioritising view, location, and service over a modern room and in-room amenities like a fridge.

Well located on the north side of Sardinian coast, as a starting point to Castelsardo, Alghero, Stintino, Costa Rossa, Palau (for Maddalena Isoalnds) and Sassari. At least several trattorias/restaurants very close to the hotel. At least 2-3 beaches close to the hotel, including a sandy public beach 10 minutes by foot. Pretty spacious rooms, air conditioning very effective. Very friendly and helpful staff, including cleaning staff. Looks like recently renovated, so some things are new.

If you are a big person, some of the toilettes (next to/part of the the room) maybe a bit challenging to fit :) They are in general small, OK for average person, but a bit less convenient for larger folks. But its a minor inconvenience.

Food,breakfast is very poor and same every day without any changes,you don’t have subbeds and umbrellas ob the beach.Instead,If you want it you have to pay for it in the hotel and bring it by yourself on the beach; Someone has stolen two of our beach chairs in front of the room (in grob of the room window while they were needed to dry) and they did not show any interest to help us with it; They do not have enough parking lots and you have to pay for it

A great balance between economy and prime location! The staff was great, the cleaners are devoted and helpful, the beach is 1 minute walk from the rooms.

We had a dubble bad and it was to light, so with every bump or turn the bed mooves a bit.

They gave us a big room, everything was fine. It's just that their air conditioner wasn't working, and fortunately. I install them myself. I fixed the problem myself so that we could have cold air.

The fact that the hotel is right on the seashore.

Beach access from the property was amazing with an exceptional sunset view. Definitely a highlight. Staff in particular were so accomodating. They were great to chat to and went above and beyond for us!

Loocation of the hotel is very good Good value for money We had a room after reconstruction with a beautifull view from large balcony. Breakfast was very fine The stuff is very kind, helpfull and they try hard to do the best for guests. We had a great time in this hotel.

Location was perfect, room was very clean and fresh, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, especially lady at the reception (I do not know her name, she lend us the mat for the beach😊).
