Thank you for a wonderful stay. We recommend the hotel 100%. We've stayed in many places and hotels in Turkey, Greece, and Italy. This place charmed us. Everyone there is so kind and open; it's really rare to encounter such an approach to customers. And now for the hotel itself. The hotel is located a five-minute walk from the beautiful and well-maintained Malu Beach, which also offers a swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as children's attractions.The hotel is on the main promenade. For those more sensitive to noise, it's quite until 12:00, but you can close the windows and use the anti-theft blinds for complete soundproofing. The air conditioning in the room is excellent. The rooms are super clean. They are cleaned daily, and towels are changed. Everything was fresh and fragrant, with no signs of repeated use. The rooms are quite small. We were a family with two children and had a room with a bunk bed and a double bed. Perfect for relaxing. We didn't come to Italy to spend time in the room. The entire hotel has recently been renovated. The pool is so charming and connected to the bar that you can sit and drink delicious coffee, while the kids can play in the water. The pool also has a retractable roof, so even in the occasional rain, it's perfect. The breakfasts are delicious. Special thanks to the owners' daughter and Danielo, the charming and friendly bartender, for their service. We plan to return next year. We 100% recommend it to anyone undecided.

we loved everything about the property,for how many vacations and different hotels we’ve been,this was the first time that we feel very satisfied and comfortable of our stay.The food is good,delicious and there’s also a buffet,the hotel also is clean,the room and bathroom, even the pool they maintain the cleanliness and hygiene.The personels are very kind,hospitable and friendly which we feel also welcomed.Hoping next time to be back there.

The hotel has a great location with a really good parking lot. It was a nice place to stay for a few nights, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine and fresh.

The pool looked a bit outdated.

The location was great to access the beach and general shopping, bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The spa facilities were very good value.

Probably the only positive thing is the location if you want something with 5min walk to the beach and with doorstep on the main street. But since its not the Hotels fault that we didn't like the city, its the only good thing if you want to spend your vacations this way. We couldnt wait to leave.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but as soon as you step into your room, it's a disaster. The room is really small, but it didn't bother us, since we are only staying for one night. The mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. You can feel every spring in the mattress. The sheet is very thin and we were cold in the evening. There is an air conditioner in the room that doesn't and it shuts off every few minutes. We tried to put it on heat, but it didn't work. There is also a fan on the ceiling, but it didn't work for very long. The worst thing about the room is the horrible smell that is everywhere but we think it came from the bathroom. It it musty smell. The bathroom is a disaster. It needs a major renovation. It was also not very clean. The floor towel in front of the shower cabin was really worn, it was not torn in several places. The shower door was broken, there was mold. The water was flowing everywhere, except straight. We wanted to sleep with the balcony door open because of the smell but the main street is too noisy so we couldn't. Even for breakfast it was quite dissapointig. Not enough fresh fruit and no vegetarian options. No vegetables like tomatoes, peppers or anything like that. And last but not least, you couldn't charge anything when you are not in the room, since the electricity automatically turns off when you go out of the room and thake your key card out. So you have to wait in the room to charge your phone or powerbank..
