I stayed here just one night as a stop-over on the way to another place. It was easy to find and only a short walk (5-7min) from the main canal/port in Cervia which is where restaurants, bars, shops, etc., are. On arrival the lady host was very friendly and also speaks good English, so we had a little chat. As I was travelling by bicycle, I had asked beforehand about somewhere safe to keep my bike and they do indeed have a safe place out of from the street itself where I could securely lock my bike. The room was a little small on the top floor with a bit of sloping roof ceiling, but there was air-con so it was easy to cool the room down, and the bathroom/shower were fine (and there is a lift). There was a good selection for breakfast so that was all good. I was happy.

The location, the staffs very friendly and kind, always ready to help. Clean room, excellent location, and good price.
The bed mattress was not comfortable and no WiFi facility as there were works going on, said the owner.

Very big and clean room, with private bathroom, air conditioning and tv. Tasty sweet italian breakfast, good location - 5min from the beach, 5min from the city center. Very friendly lady from the reception.Value for money

The breakfast and the staff were very ok.
The room was quite dirty. There was a lot of dust on the cupboard. Likewise, on the lighting fixture.
