I liked the atmosphere of the place, the room is spacious and has a great balcony overlooking the square which is so beutiful

The balcony is sort of neglected, rather dirty and the few plants have not been watered for ages. The bathroom is rather small and old and could be slightly upgraded

I really much liked the kindness of the staff: I was allowed early check in without extra fees and they provide and all the information needed. The romm and the bathroom are clean and spacious. The position is excellent, near to the center.

Rooms are not isolated and noises from the street woke me up. Also, there is no breakfast, even if there is a nice bar just outside and in the room there is a kettle with tea and instant coffee.

Very easy to do self-check-in. The staff is very nice. The beds are very good and the location is just in front of the city center, which is awesome.

Just the bathroom of my room doesn't have a proper humidity exit, so there's a bit of a humidity smell in the bathroom. For the rest, the accommodation is absolutely great! Will definitely go back!

The location was great and the room was a decent size. The staff sent us instructions on check-in and check-out via Whatsapp which were very clear.

The air-conditioning remote was a bit confusing but we figured it out.

Great location, clean room. Simple but had everything I needed. The external bathroom was not a big deal at all and was for my private use. Had a wonderful stay here

Im not a fan of the half shower doors that seem to be popular right now.

The location is perfect- right in the piazza. The single room was quite big. The lady at the reception was very friendly. Not sure how well they speak English, I spoke in Italian.

The room was very cold at night even with the extra blanket. The walls and doors are not soundproof, you'll hear everything going on around you.

A marvellous place to unwind with a central location, inches away from the piazza. Even if you arrive late at night or out of the desk hours, they offer a self-check-in that adds more to your flexibility and how you go about the stay and your trip in general. Highly recommended.

Storage was a little awkward, specially in the bathroom. No towel racks and only one small hook. But that was very minor. Overall a good place to stay.

Perfect location right in the city centre. Lovely cafe right in the same Building. Very clean and with a sweet thought for breakfast. You can boil your own tea as well. All the facilities are available.

No isolated wall so you can hear everything from the other rooms.

The Capello is a lovely hotel right in the centre of Cesena. Simple, modernised look of the classic Italien hotel feel. The beds were good and the air condition was working perfectly. Very nice staff and you get a great breakfast in the cafe next door.
