Breakfast was nearby-just around the corner-and the choices offered were perfect for us. Outside seating comfortable and plentiful as was seating inside. Nice staff. The location of Porto Canale is perfect. Many, many restaurants very close by on the picturesque canal. A bit of a walk to the beach, but that meant a quieter stay as I imagine in season the beach area could be very busy and quite noisy.

The shower head needs to be replaced as the current one is a bit worn and doesn’t function as well as it ought to, but it is still in working order. This is an inside room with a balcony on a courtyard. It meant if someone was smoking on their balcony, we could smell it in our room, but only if we had the window opened.

I received the code of entrance by email. But there was no information of the NAME of my room. So it was unclear in the beginning how to get in. But fortunately the administrator answered my call and helped me

Location, location, location! Easy to park nearby, fantastic spot and great view. Breakfast was amazing! The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Gotta book the canal view rooms!

Excellent location and really enjoyed our time

Internet was very poor. While I was travelling for vacation I did need this for work at one time and it was not good at all which was very frustrating.

The view from the room with balcony is amazing (I highly recommend this tipe of room). We really enjoyed the area! It’ s a 10/15 minutes walk from the beaches. We enjoyed very much Bagno Cala Romeo, which has a nice Bali-Boho Vibe, good food&drinks, good music, SUP rental, yoga classes… and it’s value for money. In the walking area where the bnb is situated there are plenty of shops and restaurants. We had the best piadina right downstairs at Piadina A Sisters. We enjoyed having breakfast at the beautiful Cafe & Bottega “Scalo 17” (this one is a bit pricy but beautiful and delicious) and at the amazing Pasticceria nearby (across the bridge). We had a delicious fish menu at the Restaurant Nero di Seppia right downstairs. You can move around by foot or by bike. We will definitely come back!

The amenities are perfect and so was our stay. The only thing I would add is a soap spender in the shower.

I loved the room and it’s location. The staff was super friendly and even the breakfast bar and restaurant were exceptional. All round excellent value for money, will definitely suggest
