I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Sasso. All the staff were so smiling and forthcoming. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options. The room was very clean and had a good shower. The air conditioning worked well, but was a bit noisy. Very close to center.

The balcony was small, but ok, but not a place to hang out for a long time. The air conditioning was sometimes very noisy (I should have told the staff, but I managed to sleep with ear plugs). I borrowed one of the free bikes available, it was ok and with gears, but be aware you are obligated to pay 200 Euros in case the bike is stolen/lost (I had to sign the agreement before borrowing the bike). Probably not very attractive bikes for stealing, but anyway, should be at the hotel's risk, not the customer's (or a lot smaller amount would be more fair, I think).

We stayed for one night in this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. We also got the breakfast which was OK in terms of savory food choices however when it comes to sweets it was on another level - they had croissant filling station with four different fillings to choose from as well as several cakes to enjoy.

The location is quite central which can be awesome however during the touristy season you have to deal with party people making a lot of noise during the night. It's a game of trade-offs - you can have fresh air with the window open and all the street noise or you can have peace and quiet but no fresh air.

It's the best option to stay with the family in the city center. The hotel location is close to almost everything: beaches, restaurants, markets, big city parking, vinestores e.t.c. Despite of locating in the city center, you won't be disturbed by music and noise from the bars or night clubs. The hotel staff are exceptional, very friendly and always ready to help you with any questions.

Room cleaning is always provided for an additional fee. I surely knew it in advance, however I'd prefer to have at least one free of charge cleaning per week. I personally didn't like the some bathroom facilities. Especially, the hair dryer was really terrible. I regret that I forgot to take mine. Air conditioning is too noisy. We prefered even to turn it off during the night, otherwise it's a challenge to sleep.

The breakfast was very good. It had a good choice of sweet and savoury. Fresh foccacia and a typical Liguria vegetable pie every morning. Plus cereals nuts and dried fruits. Ham cheese and eggs and Fresh cakes and jam tarts. The breakfast room was spotless and the staff exceptional. Free use of bikes was a great plus. The only problem as in all of Liguria is the parking but we booked a space in the hotel car park in advance so had no problem. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return soon.

We really appreciated the balcony with drying line, the bike storage and the breakfast. the staff were really helpful and welcoming. They booked a taxi for us to go up the hill in the evening and it came very quickly. The pizza restaurant that they recommend was good.

For clean, comfortable and good sleep this works. There was a data security problem but they fixed it.

This was a 10/10 stay. Francesca was beyond lovely, she was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions really fast on the app. Our dogs were welcome, and they gave us dog beds and dog bowls! What a lovely touch! Francesca then helped us find somewhere open for dinner. The room was big, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I can't recommend this place enough. The room is newly renovated, clean and large enough for two persons. The bathroom is awesome and new too. Additionally, the there is a very comfortable king bed. It is also worth mentioning that the breakfast is really rich with a large selection! Very nice!

Location in the middle of Diano Marina is perfect. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choice. Staff was really nice and helpfull.

Airco in our room didn't function well. This was for us the only minor point of our stay.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city center, close to all what could be important. Despite it is very calm, no noises from the street at all. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staff is so kind, check-in is fast (everything was prepared, all took 2 minutes).

staff is extremely kind and generous in advising. situation of the Hotel is great and the parking facility is extremely convenient. Breakfasts were generous, various and good tasting. Room was confortable, and quiet. Bathroom was ok.
