The residence is located in a beautiful and shady pine forest (pineta) and therefore offers plenty of shade. The houses that make up the residence form a small village of sorts, quiet and very relaxing. There is an area for reading on seats suspended from the pines and access to the sea is very close, 50m from the entrance of the residence. There is an onsite bike location service; using the bike is by far the best, funest, and most ecological way to visit the rest of the island.

There was a leak from the kitchen sink and the refrigerator was damp, but nothing that compromised the rest of our stay.

The location was perfect - not too far from town (about a 20/25 minute walk or 5 minute cycle) and very peaceful. The property was lovely - the outdoor seating area was particularly nice. The staff were so lovely and accommodating - we were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out. We were also able to check into our room early (at around 1pm rather than 5pm) as our room was ready early. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation, we had a lovely stay. There was also a quiet area across from the residence with deck chairs under a shaded cover. This was a lovely area with access to the sea.

The only thing it was lacking was cleaning equipment for the kitchen, e.g. washing up liquid and a sponge. Although this was pointed out before we booked so we were aware - it wasn’t a big issue at all.

Our apartment was nice, cozy and clean. In a lovely quiet setting with a great terrace where we enjoyed our meals. As far as amenities go, the only thing you need to buy is a sponge and dishwashing detergent. The location is also fine, about 10 min by bike to the centre. It was also great to be able to eat on the premises, where there is a restaurant. I recommend renting bikes in town because it's much cheaper than in the rental shop near the miramare residence. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we will definitely be happy to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramare - it was so peaceful, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a self catering chalet. The location was ideal as a base for exploring both sides of the island and popping into the village for meals and supplies. The chalet was so well equipped and we loved the relaxing outdoor verandah area. Great water pressure in the shower, nice bed linen and towels and a firm, comfy bed. Rosario welcomed us so warmly and it was great to meet a fellow South African in Italy! The bike rental on site, coffee shop for morning cappuccinos and private beach access right across the road made it all the more awesome.

No complaints, it went above and beyond our expectations. We will certainly recommend it to friends and would love to return.

The place is very quiet and all in nature, a good sized appointment with a nice terrace. The staff continually sends information regarding the stay. And having the opportunity to leave the bags and pick them later after checking out hi is a plus, we could enjoy another beach day. Keep it up Miramar.

Would have appreciated having some coffee and sugar. But shops are very close so it wasn't a problem.

A really nice and peaceful place immersed in a pine forest and just a 2 minute walk from the sea, great for a restful holiday. There’s a good restaurant on location and another one just a short walk down the shore, and the hotel is in a perfect location to visit the entire island by bike or scooter, no more than a 20 minute ride from anywhere. A bike rental service is on the premises and provides free transfers from the port if you rent a bike. Highly recommend!

The location is optimal, and the house very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, the residence itself is very quiet and pleasant.

The location was great. Quiet, and close to the sea. Nice to have a porch, drying rack and easily accessible bike rentals :)

Given there was a kitchen, we were not prepared for no dish soap, dish cleaning supplies, or basics like salt. Need to bring sharp knives also. Otherwise great!

everything was perfect. good stuff, amaizing location, possibility to rent a bike inside the residence. sea too close with crystal sea. clean air. I had enjoyed there during my staying there. I’ll come back

I had a fantastic stay at this residence! The comfort and tranquility of the place gave us a truly relaxing experience. The apartment was excellent, with well-maintained and clean facilities. The proximity to the beach was a huge bonus, and the staff were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway!
