There is nothing we didn't like, everything was fine and the host was very generous and nice.Great location and in the best part of the city and a few steps from the train station.....thanks for everything...we will be back again. Recommended.

The cost was a bit heavy for our budget and since it is the travel season, the price is definitely reasonable. There is no negative point... Excellent, excellent...

Very nice room, good wifi, good breakfast, free parking, air conditioning and able to have gluten free breakfast options. The best highlight was the Jura coffee machine at breakfast! Excellent coffee.

Not great soundproofing we wore earplugs, you could hear people talking in the room next door and toilets flushing.

It was a 5 minute walk to the train/buas station. So convenient! 1 minute walk to the city center. Beautiful view of the mountains. Helpful front desk.

The room was too small. The beds were ok but not extremely comfortable, more so for my husband who’s a big man. Breakfast scrambled eggs were always cold.

Location was perfect! Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff here is OUTSTANDING. Every one went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Cristina and the front desk staff were attentive and helpful, offering great advice and suggestions on everything from where to eat to how to best plan out day trip to Venice. The breakfast was wonderful - a great selection of foods and fabulous coffee and juice.

The room was very clean, decorated with style, and the bed was comfortable. The location is in the center of town, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, excellent location. The breakfast was lovely, lots of fresh food, both sweet and savoury, I really enjoyed it!

There's really nothing substantial to complain about, the parking area is a bit small but it didn't seem a problem.

Everything. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. They accommodated our late arrival and directed us to a late dinner. We were confused by the AC and the woman at the front desk came and explained how it worked for us. Great evening. Will Return!

They've done a really good job on fitting modern rooms on this historic building. On top of that they provided a secure garage where we stored our bikes and the included breakfast was really good. It is well positioned at an accessible price.

The shower looks good but without a door or curtain to completely close it, it's hard not to splash some water on the floor.

Style over substance. Very poor bathroom. Shower spilled out onto floor and hand basin not easy to use without getting water everywhere. No kettle etc in room

Very nice modern design, comfy bed, and perfectly working shower. Breakfast was a bonus too. Staff were incredibly helpful & friendly.

TV could’ve been a bit more up to date and have modern streaming apps.

Great walkable location, lots of nearby restaurants and stores, good parking. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed.

Small room with one chair, no closet. Strange bathroom - looks very attractive and contemporary, but shower always got the floor all wet.
