The room was very well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Bathroom very well equipped as well and the beds were very comfortable. Easy check in a great communication. Location was good as well with clear instructions on where to park and find the place.

Breakfast could easily be improved. Even tho I booked a quadruple room (with two queen size beds) we had to pay to use the second bed on arrival, which seemed very strange to me and the second bed was already made. Cash only payment not ideal, but it's ok. Also there's a lot of stairs to get to certain rooms so for someone travelling with a lot of luggage it might not be ideal.

The B&B La Lanterna is located in the centre of the city which made it easy to visit the main tourist areas and walk round the city. All amenities are nearby.

There were no handrails in the wooden stairs. This would make it difficult for an elderly person to climb the stairs.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Using WhatsApp and GoogleTranslate was useful as we did not speak Italian. The host and the woman at breakfast were accommodating and patient with us.

from the pictures I thought it was 2 rooms but it was one room with a loft. Not a big deal for one night but just unexpected.

Amazing value for money was little hard to find and need to call the guy upon arrival but lovely little spot and quite big room.

Would be nice to clean the mold in the shower but it didn’t bother me too much

Owner was very nice and he even picked up up from the train station and drove us to the B&B. Very much appreciated. The place is lovely and nicely renovated and styled. Simple breakfast with brioche, coffee, biscuits and yogurt, what you would expect in Italy

I was ok with it, but I have got to mention that the stairs to reach the top floor room are very steep so not good for everyone

Room very small. I booked a superior room but they gave me a standard room. When I asked to change to superior, they said they have given it away to someone else. It was our anniversary and I booked the room a month ago so I was pretty disappointed
