The room balcony and that view were amazing!! to wake up everyday and open the window with the view was great. We had breakfast always in the little table in the balcony. The apartment is nicely renovated and the room we had was very spacious. Roberto, the host, was very friendly and gave us recommendations for restaurants and beaches. He also gave us his parking spot that was very useful for our SUV. We were really welcomed with our dog and he felt very comfortable!

In the building there are other dogs that can be quite noisy. They wake up early and bark. I would have like more comfortable furniture in the balcony to enjoy the view. The walking path to the building was sometimes tiring, but doable. Maybe not recommended for people with mobility restrictions, unless they move always with a car to the door.

It was a great stay overall. Very clean place, close to the beach. Breakfast is good. Roberto can serve you coffee, tea, pastries, eggs, focaccia, fruit salad. He gave us a ride back to the station and good recommendations where to eat.

Mini-fridge in the room could be cooling better but Roberto allowed us to use a big refrigerator in the kitchen. So it was not a problem. We could keep our drinks and snacks in a big fridge and it was on the same floor close to our room.

Roberto is an amazing and sensible host, he welcome us in the best way possible. he was always available and attentive to our needs and ready to help in all circonstances! About the location it is 10min away from the centre by walk and Roberto provide us a free parking during all the stay which was really practical. About the room, really clean and confortable with nice bedding. Spacious and bright with a little French balcony facing the sea. We highly recommend Roberto’s place!

Roberto went to the train station to pick me up, is close to the house but with a bag and summer on top is not so nice, so he picked me up and was very kind, he recommended me activities to do and their favorite restaurants.

bed was a little noisy, the mattress i mean but was not big deal, just could be better, also bathroom was outside the room but again not a big deal, it was private and i locked the door every time.

Roberto was amazing. He made my sister and I feel very welcome and comfortable. He made us delicious breakfast each morning and was very helpful with local recommendations. The room itself was so awesome. Enough space for two comfortably and the view was unreal. The deck gets sun from morning to dusk. We spent countless hours in the sunshine. The neighbourhood is cute and quiet, very central to the main town and super close to the beach. Would absolutely stay here time and time again. Grazie, Roberto!

This was a beautiful unit with a view a short walk from the sea. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The proprietor, Roberto, really made our family feel at home. A+

We stayed here one night. It was a bright, very clean room with a beautiful view. The host was amazingly friendly. He made me a great coffee for breakfast. You can easily walk around. We got help for parking our car for free.

For us it was no problem at all, but if you are very noise sensitive perhaps you can consider somewhere else.

Very nice B&B. Roberto was extremely helpful with great flexibility regarding arrival time, parking, and departure. The breakfast was delicious - freshly made evey day exactly to our liking. Very recommendable.

Roberto is a great host! He gave us recommendations of beaches and restaurants, the location exceptional and the view from the room to the sea absolutely divine ! The facilities clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back.
