We loved the cleanliness of the room, very spacious with all amenities you might need and very very quiet. Breakfast ladies were amazing, always smiling and ready to assist you! Front desk staff was also very helpful doing their job with smile on their face which is very welcoming and warm! They gave us couple of recommendations for restaurants and assisted me with ironing my dress so thanks a lot🙏🏻 We have booked the parking 600m away which I highly recommend as I dont find the city to be safe to leave the car overnight.

I have booked the hotel because of 24h front desk open but unfortunately it wasnt as we tried to check out in the middle of the night cause we had a long way to go home. Its not an issue but it is observation just in case you might need to leave during night.

The hotel was about a 500m walk to the train which was one of the reasons for selecting it. The area was a bit run down but it was just a street over from the big plaza with lots of shopping cafes etc. We selected an executive room as the other rooms on paper seemed small and space we certainly got. A large bedroom plus a sitting room with a sofa and dining set. The breakfast had a good variety of food not just the cakes we have found a lot of Italian hotels. We found a delightful restaurant not far away called Casa Nik which I would highly recommend.

The shower needs a screen door.

nice hotel very close to the train station. reception staff is generally polite and speaks english. rooms are quite big. wifi is fast.

insulation is bad. you can hear music from corridors or people opening doors. breakfast at 9am was poor. tables were not cleaned by staff and you had to explicitly ask for cutlery and coffee. no more warm food offered at that time. unacceptable and complete not attentive staff at breakfast. did not even bother talking to them.

It’s hard to say which part of my stay I enjoyed the most—everything was excellent. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-kept, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly even tjou the breakfast is till ten, but they make sure you re fed in case you overslept after a party :)

We loved everything about the property, it was located in the center of the city with street parking outside the hotel. The Hotelier Lugi was nice and friendly throughout our stay. The room was nice, clean and spacious with all modern designs. The breakfast area was well stocked with everything a person needs to start their day. Although I didn't use the wellness center, it looked relaxing upon my tour.

Excellent value for money, very close to centre, surprisingly large room with comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Easy to find and friendly staff who spoke English.

Parking in the carpark was a little complex, it was 250m away attached to another hotel and we hadn’t understood that from receptionist so got confused initially.

Breakfast was good - Elena, in dining room, was so helpful, always cheerful and willing to fulfil any guests requests. She is an asset to the Company. One of the bedroom staff was very nice also, but i don’t know her name.

There was a lot of wall space either side of tv, in bedroom. As there were only 2 hangers per person in wardrobe, it would be a good idea to put a set of hooks either side of tv. Room size was ‘compact’.

The staff is good, the gentleman at reception in the morning and the lady at night are both working well.

The Hotel location is perfect, very easy walking distance from the train station and rental car places right around the corner. Plenty of restaurants choices near by. The breakfast was plenty and fresh eggs made to order available. The hotel has a SPA in case you need some relaxing time before continuing on your trip. Everyone in the staff was very polite and had excellent customer services skill.

The only reason why I did not give a 10 is because the wifi and internet service is terrible. For the 2 nights we were there it would not work. We had to find other ways to do use our phones and tablets. "Business travelers be aware, this could be a major problem for those depending on WIFI from the hotel.

clean, modern design, kind and attentive owner, fabulous shower, wonderful breakfast and staff, centrally location - close to train station and downtown shops. A wonderful last minute find late at night!
