Location was fantastic, the food was delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. We will totally stay here again.
The only downside was the really slow WiFi. Hard to get a little work done on the side for me, and frustrating for my kids.

The stuff is very attentive The reception stuff with Jaislamina and Martina are very professional. Anything we asked for was immediately answesred.
The food was not tasty. it is served very decorated but or too much salt or too little ... For the price we paid they could deliever higher quality of food The presentation on the buffet needs improvement , Breakfast and Evening. It was not to our expectation. The waiters were very nice and helpful and did a good job. The Wifi connection is poor,

I liked the hotel, the apartments were very spacious.
Breakfast was nice, but dinner wasn’t great, could be much better. And the signing in the evenings with all the little kids in the bar, drove us a bit mad. I would recommend they are entertained downstairs.

Great location to visit Folgaria. Prime location to hike and ski from. Good pool.
Food quality was not 4 Star worthy, nor were the accommodations. We had to ask for, and leave a deposit, for a hot water kettle and had to grab mugs from the bar so we could make coffee in the room. Staff were not very accommodating.

Location of hotel is great, and stuff is ok.
Internet is awfull, spa and sauna are charging extra, dogs are barking all night.
