La Toretta is centrally located in the town of Foligno, a quick 7-10 minutes walk from the train station. The hostess Mariana was available at all times and was very helpful. We were a little apprehensive about taking the stairs (our room was on the 4th floor), but it was quite okay eventually. The stairs are broad, well-lighted, not steep or rickety, so the ascent is not at all dreadful even with luggage. Good WiFi & breakfast, clean toilet, sufficient toiletries, central location...overall good value for the money you pay. There's free water and chocolate in the reception. The center of town is just a 5-minute walk and the bus station is another 5-minute on foot on the opposite direction. Recommended for a budget or short stay.

The shower is very small.

The lady who managed the hotel was very friendly. The room itself was clean and adequate to my needs and was a good value for the money. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to the train station and is proximate to the middle of town.

I have no complaints at all about the hotel room, the service, the location, or the price. If someone were to stay in Foligno, I would recommend this hotel.

There was a small problem with the toilet cistern, which was making a constant drip noise, but I was able to sort it out myself.

Easily accessible location and very responsive with messages on the app. Clean, good wifi and value for money.Nice and quiet in the morning because it's in a pedestrian zone.Just note that the roof terrace is only accessible from rooms on the top floor.

I had a heavy suitcase so not having an elevator wasn't so good. I would have liked to have the ability to make a cup of tea in my room. Also it would have been nice to get a little more information at check in and maybe a recommendation for where to eat.
