Everything! The apartments are well equipped for holidays, there's great access to the beach, and the location is very close to the main roads connecting Follonica with Grosseto, Siena, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and carefully looked after. Little Coop on site is fabulous as it has all you may need - toiletries, beach stuff, fruit &veg, dairy, etc.

It was a bit noisy at night because of the railway that's not too far behind the resort. We could also hear the other guests, which stayed in the apartment above us.

The resort is broad with endless options for leisure, activities, food, grocery, dining, games, and both pool and beach!

This is specific to the Hotel but the rooms were beyond smaller than imaginable. While the amenity driven resort partially outweighs this, the AC was very difficult and barely existent, while the bed’s uncomfortable. Overall a beach and resort stay should not lead to much time in the room, but these small hotel rooms with limited comfort should be noted which can make sleeping hard, or if with kids, a slight bump in comfort and schedule.

The staff is very kind and flexible, and the location is nice and relaxing. The sea is clean and there are if you will many activities like windsurfing, Kayaking, Kytesurf, and Riding bicycles. The food shop is enough arranged.

Swiss prices for breakfast and lunch, and the guests are sometimes a bit "free riding", exceeding and invading other spaces, especially on the beach. I would appreciate much more presence of stuff there, avoiding direct discussions between guests that are not nice.

Wonderful beach and views, and the La Duna restaurant was excellent. Every single staff person we interacted with was a delight.

We would have liked a comfortable reading chair in our room, and the shower was too small.

We really appreciated the reserved sunbeds on the beach and therefore spent most of our time there. It is a nice, well-maintained resort with friendly staff and a good range of restaurants and bars.

There were no dishwasser in the room. Or any other way to wash diches. (we had to drive to market to buy gear and liquid) Also sofa was missing, only extra bed insted of sofa. Apartment was four star rating?

The beach is fantastic! Clean, calm sea, pre-reserved loungers for every unit, water sports…couldn’t fault it as a family-friendly beach. Pool was also great, kids spent hours on the slide. Apartments were clean, spacious and reasonably equipped. Facilities on site were great, couldn’t fault them, and no stupid rules like you get on other similar resorts. Finally, the 2 on-site restaurants were fabulous, particularly beachfront La Duna. Close enough to Follonica to cycle. Also an hourly tourist train from the middle of the resort to town was great to avoid using the car. Surrounding countryside was great for mountain biking and road biking.

Not much… Wasps are a bit of a problem on site. We got swarmed a couple of times when eating before sun-down. It wasn’t a problem for us as we are German speaking too, however this is clearly a Swiss resort (90+% the week we were there). This isn’t really clear when booking through Booking, therefore we were a little surprised at first. Guests from other countries may feel a little excluded. Great if you’re Swiss though. Shame the on-site bike shop was closed all summer (until 26. Aug according to the notice on the door)…would have loved to take one of their road bikes for a few days.
