Hotel Franceschi was a truly pleasant surprise. We booked the last room available and were introduced to a stately bedroom, absolutely huge, with great decor and a king size bed. The room overlooked the well kept garden and had a bog bathroom with shower and a tub. We had a large balcony and spent a fair amount of time on the veranda of the hotel as well. The hotel is brilliantly decorated, the staff very welcoming and breakfast was a great choice. The hotel also offers free bikes to cycle around Forte dei Marmi. Could not have asked for a nicer stay.

This is not hotel related per se, but if you're booking in 2023 be aware there is some construction happening just across the road from the hotel.

Staff were super friendly and efficient. The breakfast was superb and the coffee was excellent . The hotel had the feeling of an exclusive little home from home.

Nothing we disliked although wifi access in room wasn’t good. However great little library for all business calls etc.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay.

This is a small, cozy hotel and we felt immediately at home and "at the right place". Staff is very friendly at all times and goes out of their way to help you, answer questions, make arrangements. Beautiful garden in which you can relax or have drinks in the evening before you head out to the Forte dei Marmi restaurants. Bikes are provided free of charge for all guest so you can reach any point of the town in no time.

Very friendly staff, pleasant surpise for upgrading room, very tasty dinner and breakfast, comfortly bed and pillow, all necessary equipment in bathroom, nice balcony. Everything is perfect, worth to come back and stay again in this lovely hotel.

Lovely staff. Beautiful garden. Great atmosphere. Great breakfast ( bravo to the cake maker . The cakes are delicious).

This time we got the last room which was very small. Internet in the rooms is non existent. Internet downstairs in reception is good.

I wish they had added a water heater for coffee and tea service in the room.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a double aspect and a balcony overlooking a tranquil garden. Breakfast on the third floor veranda was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Everything at the Franceschi was perfect! The breakfast was spectacular: beautiful fresh fruit, freshly baked cakes, amazing cappucino and lovely staff!
