Kids club staff fantastic, hotel dog friendly, spotlessly clean room. Good breakfast

Spacious room with sea view, clean and practical Didn’t book half board, so can’t judge the restaurant.

Pool and it’s surrounding a bit outdated

Very hospitable staff. Clean. Very close to the sea. Animal friendly.. Delicious food. Good sized swimming pool. Close to shops etc. Safe area. Solo female traveller made very welcome.

We didn't get the room we ordered. The replacement was of poorer quality and poorly cleaned. We were not offered a discount

No vegetables for breakfast and a few pieces of fruit

just the location and nothing else;

1. we booked a room with sea view; but we got one at the back of the hotel; we did immeditaely a complaint to the Hote but ZERO (0) answer; I paid in advance the full amount! 2. My partner passed out at the beach so we asked to the hotel to pick us up with a "golf cart" directly from the beach (just less than 100 mt. far); over the phone they say no worries but then no one came and no one showed up at the beach; we reached the hotel thanks to the owner of the Beach n° 34 3. the outodoor swimming pool was dirty with some evident spots of mold 4. In addition we paid 60 euros for our dog without getting any kind of "services"; no water, no little toys or a small towel for him By far one of the worst hotel where I stayed.

The hotel it is rated As 4 star but 2 is most likely worth it.

- Nice location close to the beach. - Enjoyable swimming pool with hot tub. - Nice reception and catering personel.

- Low quality services for a 4-star establishement (poor catering with no refills, small room with out of service fridge, lots of noise during the night); corrisponds more to an overpriced 3-star quality service . - High cost parking service managed by unprofessional staff (my car has been constantly moved for 3 days despite the fact that there were perfectly available parking spots all along) - High cost beach fee and lack of comunication between the hotel and the structure resulting in confusion - For this value i was expecting much better customer service and respect
