We LOVE everything about this hotel. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast had everything you need. The staff was super nice and always caring to serve us fresh cappuccino. They had a variety of breads, sweets, eggs. It was just perfect. Not really sure about why other people here were complaining about the breakfast...coming from the US this was incredible. The pool was also really relaxing with the bar to order drinks and small food items. My kids loved it. Overall, we had a great experience. We had a car, but they also offered a shuttle to the beach and town, and this was really great as well.

The bathroom can have some updates. The air dryer is not the best...its extremely old.

A delightful hotel with fabulous grounds manicured to perfection. The staff were very nice. Lots of good parking.

The restaurant was not good at all. The food was very poor with not much choice. The breakfast was nice but there were no eggs left when we arrived at 8 o’clock and no sign of any more!

Breakfast was good. Staff are very kind and food is replaced often. The pool was good. Well maintained. Not a lot of parasols but facilities are good.

The booking description says "In May, June, September and October, from Monday to Friday, guests enjoy free parasols and sun loungers at a partner beach in Baia Verde, 5 km away. During July and August, and on weekends, discounts apply". When we arrived they wanted to charge us for the parasols although it was during June. We spoke with the manager which at the beginning said we needed to pay because it was a 2024 promotion. After complaining we were given the free parasols (2 since it is one per room at a cost of 25 euros each per day). Although they stated it was a mistake, the promotion it is still on the booking website. Also the gym is almost non-existent. It only has 3 machines. We felt that it was a misleading description (on purpose). It also states "We offer our guests the opportunity to train and relax with activities suitable for everyone within the affiliated multipurpose sports center. Challenge your friends to a game of soccer, improve your technique in padel or find your balance with yoga and pilates sessions. A wide choice to enrich your experience and live a holiday dedicated to vitality and well-being." We were looking for a sporty place for our teenage kids. Non of these sports exists. We played padel in a nearby place paying for the courts as any other person. Very misleading.

I had taken my 15 year old granddaughter on holiday. We were in an annexe, we couldn't lock our room from inside. We were told the resort was fully booked so they couldn't move us but we would be okay as there were security cameras - non on our annexe that we could see. No attempt was made to sort out the door in the week we stayed. The internal room phone didn't work, the hairdryer was broken. Did the room meet our expectations? NO , you need to be able to lock your door and feel secure.
