Our third time in this very lovely holiday accommodation. We stayed with our grandchildren in one of the sea front apartments on the first floor whilst our daughter and son in law occupied a smaller one at the back. We requested bunk beds as opposed to using the sofa bed and these were ready for when we arrived. From the breakfast, staff and occasional meals we had in, to the Cape Horn beach bar opposite which also serves excellent food and is the provider of the sun beds included in the package, there is nothing to dislike about Kiara Residence.

Great location opposite the beach. Our room also had 2 balconies looking out over the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Included breakfast was great with a variety of options - gluten free, and soy milk provided (first time I saw this in Italy. We managed to get free parking right out the front, rather than paying for the parking under the hotel. We also got a free sun chair and deck chair and umbrella at the beach across the road as not peak season. This was a great inclusion. It wasn’t. Directly in the heart of town, but was very easy to walk to all I wanted.

Nice staff and pleasant environment, perfect cleaning. Breakfast menu ok, standard. The pool was pleasantly cool and beautifully clean. Sandy beach in front of the street.

The dinner menu was only in Italian. As far as the food is concerned, it was very greasy, there was always a layer of oil at the bottom of the pasta bowl. However, I rate dishes containing seafood and especially fish as insufficient. There was no meat on the fish, and if it had been, it contained a large number of bones. The fish specialties were really disappointing.

Excellent facilities & very clean. Fantastic breakfast selection with something for all nationalities. Great proximity to the beach and a lovely beach bar. Really nice pool with a shallow area for younger children and nice sun beds. We travelled as a family of eight and Luigi accommodated us in rooms that were next to each other. This was our second year here and having looked at other properties in the area, think that it’s undoubtedly one of the best around.

Nothing really but for the awareness of the owners, some of the little mosaic tiles are coming off in the pool as my granddaughter collected a few as she was swimming. Also, for the awareness of other travellers and particularly for those not used to holidaying in Italy, a table cover charge applies for lunch and dinner even though you are a resident in the hotel.

Staff was very helpful, both check in and check out processes were smooth. It was also possible to rent a bike (although the bell was not working :)). The location is perfect for a biking around the seaside.

If you like to stay closer to the citycenter and/or marina, it may be a bit far for you (especially if you walk with luggage).

The staff was really nice. 🤩 It’s clean. Sea view. 😍 the possibility to have a breakfast and the meal at place. It’s quite calm. Close to the plage (the attributed umbrella). There was also a Luna Park just close to this place. When will you update the prices for 2025? 🙂

WE loved the room with the sea view and the sound of the sea .Luigi the host he upgrade our room at no extra cost. We really loved our stay at kiara residence.The weather was not what we espext but is no one fault. Hopefully better luck next time,

We loved the food specially breakfast

Two lovely balconies in both our rooms with beautiful view. Staff was very accommodating when we visited in off season. Turned AC on for us even though it wasn’t very hot, server at breakfast was lovely. Everyone was very nice even with the little Italian we speak. Guilianova is a beautiful place!

Kiara residence locates just on the seashore, convinient for the sea and sun vacation. The pool area makes it even more convinient. Morning breakfast was enjoyable. Applause for the lady that served us coffe every morning - she was so sweet and attentive!

The property and room was spotless. It's a family run hotel, and everybody working there was really friendly. There's a private beach across the road, with allocated sunbeds and parasol, so no need to worry about not getting a spot. The beach bar attached to the beach / property is run by another really friendly and helpful person. Breakfast was good, typically continental but a good selection of fresh food and coffee. Bikes available to hire for 5 euros a day - which help if you don't fancy a 15-20 min stroll to the main centre of activity. There's also a pool with sun loungers to use. Definitely would stay again.

TBH, given that it is situated towards the end of Giulianova, it is a 15-20 min walk to get to the centre, but as long as you're ok with that, it's a real bargain.
