The place was clean and easily accessible. It is very close to the town center and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

If I could critique one thing, it would be that while there is WiFi, the password is not found anywhere in the room. Of course, we could have asked but it would have been helpful to have the password readily accessible.

Location very handy as a base for hiking, cycling trips with short distance to walk to various nice restaurants in the evening. Air conditioning worked, shower was high pressure and kept a constant temperature, bathroom with fantastic lighting, big window for airing, thoughtfully equipped with a moskito net, very good hair dryer, everything immaculately clean, nice and fresh smelling towels. Room really spacious, bed super comfy, double wardrobe with lots of space, all very clean, modern, tasteful. Common kitchen area, handy to wash fruit or make a cup of tea. Loved the quality of the coffee for breakfast and loved the friendly hosts. Even though we had a bit of a language barrier, we were able to communicate and everybody is willing to go the extra mile (see breakfast choice in section below).

Choice at breakfast: If you are happy with a croissant or any kind of pastry, you have a huge selection as the hosts are running a pasticceria and you can pick whatever you want. It would be good to offer a small selection of yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese, cereal, jam, butter. We found a very nice solution, so it was not a big deal and most guests might be absolutely fine with the choice.

Marina was super friendly and did her best to help us in everything despite not speaking fluent English. Room and bathroom were big, super clean and bed was very comfortable.

The shower stall was a bit small, but not a problem for us. We also stayed in the room on the second floor, so we had to take the luggage up the stairs - again, not a problem, but something to keep in mind.

What a great surprise! We spent one night in Guspini and found this comfortable B&B. Check in was easy and quick (at the Pasticceria below), the place was spotless and really well equipped. Breakfast at the pasticceria had a great variety of sweet and savoury pastries.

Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very good. Everything was clean and smelling nicely!! The breakfast (served in the café with the same name) was very good too!

Although the cushions were high quality, they were very high and not so soft. For us, as we have trouble sleeping in noisy/light environments, it was a bit hard to sleep, since the windowblinds did not fully cover the window and we'd see some light and hear noise from outside.

Beautiful room and bathroom , very clean , lovely welcoming staff and great breakfast in the cafe in the morning . Easy to lock up our bicycles at the entrance . Full kitchen that we didn’t use .

Very nice room,clean and good location, quiet. Friendly staff and really good breakfast. Would really recommend. The only bad side would be the bed, a little bit noisy, but it didn’t matter much. 😊

The Hotel is above a Gelateria which is also a Cafe with food options. The breakfast is in the cafe and you can choose what ever you want from the breakfast options - it´s amazing and so easy and comfortable.

One room is above some kind of air condition or other technical devise which is quite loud, also at night.
