On arrival we were kept waiting whilst the chap was making what appeared to be a personal call. Chewing gum probably not the best way to give a good impression .i do not believe he was the appointed receptionist .When we were eventually acknowledged he was very helpful with our luggage and showed us to our room.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Peter who went over and beyond to making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the lovely staff but also for the beautiful scenery and delicious food.

Limited variety.

Some of the kitchen staff were not very friendly. Rooms need renovation. especially windows. Lots of bugs flying in.

Lovely setting, room was clean and comfy, good bathroom, nice views Excellent dinner and staff both at check in and in the restaurant were delightful

Wonderful place to stay, superb staff in all areas, marvellous food. An oasis of comfort and calm after a long days drive. Brilliantly managed hotel. I have stayed here several times now and they never fail to please, exceptional in all respects !

Breakfast was excellent. Very good rural location on hill but only 5 mins drive from main roads. Dinner was excellent. All staff veryu friendly.

Pool is very nice but rather small if Hotel is busy.

the grounds were beautiful, the service was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us travel suggestions. the restaurant was superb.

Lovely hotel. We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Really nice food and wines (big plus for the possibilty to book a wine tasting experience in the cellar for a really good price)

What a wonderful welcome by the owner!!! Our little four legged man felt like at home… roaming the garden and searching for lizards. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with equally sized modern bathroom. THE VIEW!!!! Villa is build in the hill in small settlement and we were very fortunate to get room with valley view. Just for the future: they have rooms with balcony or private garden and it is worth of every penny to stay there! Pool just stunning with excellent and very attentive staff to take care of your every request! We decided to have dinner at the villa also and with the view we couldn’t do wrong! Wine selection was excellent. We were able to squeeze run the following morning and the owner had for us ready sauna (round like wine barrel with amazing view). Definitely great experience and helpful to loosen those muscles out hilly run. I would like to mention one more thing. The owner is wonderful human being! Giving! Generous! I bought few gifts for my friends but he put few extras in the bag! Not expected and unnecessary but definitely nice touch. Thank you!

The hotel is superbly located, with splendid views over the Piedmontese countryside. The manager and his team welcomed us warmly and did all that they could to make our stay a pleasant one. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

Our room was too small and inadequately furnished and the choice of dishes at dinner was strikingly limited, both in the main restaurant and in the bistrot.
