The host was great, friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect and the apartment is spacious and well appointed. On first impression, the courtyard looks a little dilapidated, but it doesn't effect the apartment which is really great. It is helpful to have a lift, and the parking (at an extra cost) is secure, although a bit of a walk from the apartment. We had a couple of issues with things which didn't work or broke, but the host sorted things very quickly.

Location cannot be beat. Room is spacious, enough space to sleep. Large kitchen. Mr. Gigi was extremely helpful.

The expectations around driving (or not) in the town center area should be more clearly communicated ahead of time. Certain basic things should be stocked such as some sugar and salt. The cutlery could be improved, there was a large spoon to waddle out soup (who needs that) but not a spatula (fried eggs). The A/C was making a lot of noise but (I think) this was improved.

Gigi made an effort to met and show me round the apartment. I was late getting to him because of work on the first day. He was a complete gentleman. The apartment is lovely, I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

There was nothing i did not like. Ok, the walk up Via Arduino is a bit steep, but it is part of the charm of the location.

The location is perfect if you want to stay right in the city centre, however if you are coming by car bear in mind: 1) that the street is one way and that you might struggle to offload the suitcases as otherwise you block the traffic and 2) that you have to give a heads up to the receptionist to get a special permission to go by car in front of the hotel to download your luggage. Best for those who come with a backpack and don't mind to walk a bit from the parking.

That evening several restaurants around the hotel were closed due to New Year holiday (1st of Jan). The only one good one open was packed. If you are an international traveller used to places where everything is always open like Singapore or London, especially on festivity days, check before you travel.

Very nice top floor apartment made bright with a large skylight. The large jacuzzi tub was very welcome after walking on the Via Francegina for a week. Comfortable bed and large flat screen tv. Perfect location in the historic center.

Had to pay 1 euro for each coffee pod for the illy machine. Almost all places give you at least a little free coffee.

Beautiful, big, and calm apartment in the center of Ivrea's old town, with a very comfortable bed. Lovely entrance (see picture). Nice, big bathroom. Very friendly welcome. A great place to stay in Ivrea.

A bottle of water would have been welcome (or the information that the tap water is fine). The kitchen isn't very practical (it needs to be cleaned if it's used. If you need to leave early, it's not so practical).

The place is listed as a room but was actually a beautifully appointed apartment with balcony over a courtyard. Located right in the center of old town with easy walking to everything. I stayed two nights and wished I'd booked more. Great place. Mina was a gracious host. 10/10.

Excellently located apartment with everything needed and in the middle of Ivrea. Clean, comfy, spacious, excellent check-in experience.

The room was advertised and booked as a twin but it was false advertising. The brought in a camp bed which for 40 year old friends sharing was disappointing.

I liked this loft apartment so much that I stayed here again on my way back through after hiking in the Aosta Valley. It is such a great space! Lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, fast wifi, and a full kitchen. It's also easy to find and just a short walk from the train station. I will definitely stay here again on future trips. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I stayed here! The apartment is very clean and comfortable and much larger than expected. I loved all of the windows and natural light. Gigi is so nice and made check-in very easy. He's also just a really nice person and I enjoyed meeting him. This experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
