The house is nice, the view is beautiful

It does not really say on the reservation/confirmation that you have to pay cash! Who has 700 € in his pocket? The lady said it's shown on the reservation but in fact it only says you pay either in advance or on the spot. It also says, no crediit card needed for advance payment. We were 5 men (bikers) and had booked one 2-bed and one 3-bed room which turned out extremely small, hence we asked for a third room and that was quite a challenge for her - we got the impression she thought that we would not want to pay for the third room which was ridiculous.

The location was nice and quiet (except for a construction site accross the street which starts quite early in the morning). The property is very nice and well kept with nice common areas and a dedicated room where you can help yourself to refrigerated drinks which you mark them on a tab to pay at check out. They have a great garage for motorcycles. The staff is nice and prompt. The breakfast is one of the richest I had on my trip through Italy.

The room i had on the top floor was quite hot and keeping the windows open all night helped just a bit. Secondly, I guess somewhere on the same floor there is a technical room or something because it was making a constant noise like an electric motor. Luckily, I had earplugs which helped a lot. All in all the night was not a very restful experience. I would suggest to avoid the top floor and the rooms facing the street (and the construction site). Also not to my liking is their policy to pay in cash, but sometimes, it is what it is.

The location is in very good place and the home is very nice and clean. Also they cleaned the rooms everyday. Worth the price. Also the place is nice to walk around in the early morning to see the sunrise.

Breakfast is average (mainly croissants). Mostly used by old German people so even talking in the common areas can be a problem. Rooms are not soundproof it seems.

It was a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel by car at night, but the hotel and its location were worth it. The room was very nice and the view from the balcony was just magnificent (we sat there for about half an hour at dawn looking at the surroundings). The breakfast was very tasty and filling. The hosts are very nice, friendly and sociable.

The view from the room was amazing, the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choices. We arrived later than the check-in hours, but the owners were kind enough to wait for us.

The room is a bit old fashioned but it fits with the atmosphere, it was not a problem.

The large balcony was within very close view of an old castle that had beautiful up lighting at night and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley below. There was a very neat and clean communal refrigerator that the host was happy to label our bottle of wine with our room numbers so we could chill it to enjoy later. We only stayed 1 night but was a close drive to Merano.

Nice location with a beautiful view. We woke up with the smell of freshly baked croissants, 😊 and the breakfast was very good. Very nice and friendly personnel.

Wonderfully located with a spectacular view. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Beds and pillows were not so comfortable.

The pension was very clean and cosy, the owner was very friendly and made our short stay very pleasant. We appreciated the ratio of price and quality, despite it was a bit off our route. It is a quiet and clean place. I especially liked the scent in the reception :-)

There is anything which me or my friends did not like, it perfectly met our expectations and well contributed to the overall success of our motorbike trip.

The view was beautiful, the staff was very nice, everything went smoothly.
