The host Mr. Aldo, a thorough gentleman, ever helpful and accommodated my requests. I won't specify my request because I do not want people exploiting his goodness. Location of the hotel couldn't get more perfect. Only if u r travelling by Flixbus it is a little distance from where it stops, but Aldo was too kind and sorted the hurdle I faced. I would definitely revisit Lanciano and stay at the Albergo Roma. Excellent view too.

Aldo was very helpful with directions and recommendations and even offered to drive us to the bus stop. Breakfast each morning was very good. The location was perfect for our needs.

We did get a non smoking room, but there were other smokers on the same floor and the smoke would seep into our room, but it was fine if we just opened a windows.

First class, simple accommodation well placed for transport links and for access to the centre of town. The host Aldo couldn't have been any more accommodating and was always available to assist if required. Great breakfast and value for money. Would definitely go back.

Aldo was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional! He was a pleasure to chat with and helped with various requests throughout our stay. The room was neat and spacious. The bathroom in particular seemed very new and clean. The hotel itself is very close to both the Corso and bus station, making it easy to navigate. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Lovely hotel, very clean and central. Feels very cozy and the owner is friendly and helpful, he gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in town. Great breakfast with vegan options available.

There's nothing we didn't like. It's not the most modern hotel but it's comfortable and cozy and we had everything we needed.

The location, walking distance to Roma Termini and plenty of eating places nearby

Our room was on 1st Floor and as such, the street noise could be heard until late nite, especially on Fri / Sat

The location is very convenient to the Church of the Eucharistic Miracle and center of town. Breakfast offered more options than we expected, even scrambled eggs. The owner/manager speaks excellent English, and was very helpful.

We arrived in Lanciano by bus from Rome, and the bus stops outside of town. There's nothing the hotel can do about this, but visitors there need to take additional transportation to travel the few kilometers from the bus stop to the hotel and town.

This a charming old fashioned hotel. The owner Aldo is friendly and kind and speaks excellent English. He helped me figure out local bus routes. The location is an easy walk down the shopping corso to the historic centre.

The proprietor was very helpful. He pulled up train schedules, bus schedules and printed them off for us. Directed us to a very good restaurant

The pillows were uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great, location was fantastic, parking was easy. I left shoes behind and the owner mailed them back to me the very next day. Highly recommend Albergo Roma
