The reception staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast staff took a while to warm up. The location is good for some great restaurants and the center of town. The rooms and public areas were very clean . If you are interested in Facist architecture, then Latina is an excellent location to visit

For a four star hotel, the room furniture is very dated and as is curtains and bedding. It was the most expensive hotel in our two week Italian driving trip and was not worth it. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The parking is not convenient as you have to pay with coins to the amount of 8 euros a day. It was not a terrible stay but also not what I had hoped for with price and rating for this area.

very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. we also had dinner at the hotel - also outstanding and at a fair price. i rarely give a "10". this means this hotel, as i see it, is exceptional when comparing cost and what you get. i recommend considering having dinner at the hotel. nice top-roof place and, at least when we were there, delicious dishes.

for future guests: the hotel does not have a parking lot. you have to leave the car "on the street". it is not a problem to find parking - i am just mentioning this, so it does not come as a surprise.

Very smart and in perfect location. Really excellent restaurant - well worth trying.

The aircon could have been a bit more powerful as it was getting towards 34 degrees outside.

The staff and room were very nice staff made us comfortable even though we knew limited Italian. Would recommend but beds were not very comfortable. Would be nice to have access to Netflix

Breakfast was not worth attending. Seemed to be same food daily. Wasn’t fresh daily. No hot food choices. The food was left overs from the days before not fresh.

Breakfast was excellent with wide choices of cereals fruits, breads meats sweets etc Might need a little improvement on the coffee machine. The service and the staff were absolutely delightful, my compliments to them.

I didn't like the sunday trading hours as we've suffered jetlag from a very lomg flight and needed the coffee shot earlier than 7.30. I found that there were probably too many sweets For my style of breakfast. I also wasn't happy that I wasn't able to use the terrace on the top floor!

Stayed two days with my child. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was good. Eggs, variety of cold cuts, some fruits and yogurt. Although the backery part could be better. All the personnel is very helpful. We arrived late at night with kids and check-in was very quick. We needed breakfast at 6:30, they opened it for us. I wanted decaf , which was not in the coffee machine, they made one for me in the bar. Strong windows, you can't hear anything from outside.

Hmmm… the fact that the hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday and 15th August compelled us to eat very very bad in the area. It was really bad that the hotel closed the festaurant when it had quite a number of guests.

Clean, fair price ( no more local tax), nice breakfast. The receptionist both Serina and Erika are very helpful. The maid was also very pleasant.

Pillows should be brought to the sun to let them smell good.
