The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location just a few steps from nice sandy beach. Rooms spacious with the private bathrooms. No luxury, but at the same time homely atmosphere. Access to kitchen gives possibility to cook your own meal. Also, other facilities such as washing machine and private parking available. Really, everything you need is available. Whole property guarded by the bunch of cats. Very cute. Virginia speaks perfect English so no issues with communication. Domenico did his best to please us with ‘English’ breakfast. The location is perfect to visit Agrigento and Valley of Temples or Villa Romana. We were very pleased to stay at Villa Virginia. Greetings to Domenico and his lovely daughter, Virginia!

A bit uneasy and hazardous turning into property.

The breakfast was very good and there is private parking behind the building. Owner is very friendly. We only stayed here for one night since we were traveling through. For that it was perfect.

There was no fridge in our room, but I was able to use the fridge in the small kitchen that is accessible in the breakfast area. So not a big deal.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and I had a good rest. There’s enough spots for parking, guarded by a bunch of cute cats. The classic Italian breakfast (cornetto + cafe) was tasty! I liked the location by the beach, but it was too windy to really relax at the beach.

I liked the kitchen best. It was possible to cook your on meal. The B&B was including breakfast but I told them that I fixed my own. if you want you can also wash you clothes and the sea is a stone throw away. The rooms and bathrooms are oké too.

Maybe it’s a good idea to have someone watching the kitchen to keep it clean. I travelled off season and maybe there is one in the season.

The host is super kind, great communication despite the language barrier. We were looked after really well here. Homely atmosphere. Private beach 30 m from your room is TOP.

No luxury, but at the same time not much room for improvements here. The accommodation is exactly as described in the ad.

The perfect place for digital nomads. I highly recommend! Easily accessible parking space, kitchen available. You can even do laundry! Friendly service and delicious cappuccino and cornetto pistacchio! I will definitely come back one day.

You can even cook in a separate building :) The room is very nice too :) WiFi did not work when we were there but there is an excellent 4G thus no problem at all :) Special mention for the breakfast +++++ The breakfast is in a restaurant in the city center (you must go by car there) and it is absolutely FA-BU-LOUS :)) you have amazing italian coffee and anything you want — and it is a restaurant thus the choice is amazing :)
