The hotel was beautifully presented and in excellent condition. We had 3 rooms and all were a very good size with plenty of storage. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal that we had. The staff were all amazing; kind, friendly and professional. We visited in low season and, although initially disappointed that the beach club was closed, the staff went out of their way (Adriana particularly) to make sure that we had the best time possible. The hotel was lovely and quiet and it felt like we had our own private resort at times! We look forward to visiting again next year during the summer!

Not the fault of the hotel at all, but everything surrounding the hotel is closed in low season so we had to taxi to visit a shop etc however the hotel facilitated this for us and did everything they could to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

This is the best hotel in that area. Staff are extremely friendly with professional manor. Especially the lady with glasses who could be the manager of the hotel and the young gentleman escorted us to the beach -bed gave us an exceptional service at all times. We left our personal belonging behind and they straight away arranged delivery for free which was impressive. They showed true hospitality which is not only during our stay but even after experienced fabulous time they still care and that made us want to go back to this hotel again. If you want romantic stay with your partner, definitely visit this hotel.

comfortable right on the beach, which is also convenient in February for a short swim in the sea. Service and welcoming is extraordinary warm and friendly, breakfast is delicious. The SPA could be somewhat bigger, finish sauna is missing, but the overall experience is always great. Ariana is the perfect host, always ready to take care of anything you need. Excellent and welcoming staff . First class room --actually a suite. Beach -very Adriatic .Excellent to walk along .A bit too shallow for good swim . Am not a fan of Italian system whereby use of beach facilities incurs a charge above and beyond hotel rate . However hotel's generosity on room compensates for that . Overall area is still a bit sparse and lacks intimacy .Breakfasts first rate .Other meals very good , but about 10-15 % overpriced compared with ,say, a good restaurant in ravenna . Overall strongly recommend .

Maybe music on weekends -deemed essential for vibe -was too loud .But staff turned it down a bit when this was suggested.

We stayed at the beautiful Vistamare Suites Hotel and we had booked a superior suite room with ocean view. The room is very spacious and the balcony is very large with stunning views of the ocean and hotel grounds. One of largest I have ever seen at a beach hotel. The hotel has a chic - open atmosphere with a beautiful area to eat your breakfast/lunch and dinner. The pool is beautiful and has fantastic views to the ocean/beach. I loved the Bali beds on the beach also. There is also a pool/beach side restaurant with great views to serve you all day. Eating dinner outside by the lit up pool is very romantic. It is so beautiful at the hotel it's difficult to leave and visit the surrounding area. The hotel location is also great in walking distance to many restaurants/shops, etc. The breakfast is a la carte and very good: with eggs, bacon, lot of cheese, fruits, sweets and wonderful coffee served any style you desire. What I loved the most about the hotel was the hotel staff! They are so very friendly and always helpful. A special thanks to: Nico, Alessandro and the whole team. Extremely warm room. Side view... better opt for a sea facing room next time.

Staff were very accommodating to ensure all our needs were met, including transportation. The food was excellent and well presented. Breakfast was 5 star.

Would highly recommend Vistamare. The staff are so warm and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. Grazie mille for a wonderful stay.
