The hotel's location is perfect: it is very close to the beach, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bus stop. There is a restaurant next to the hotel where we had lunch when we arrived. Tiziano, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly and always smiles. We stayed in room no 310. Our room was reasonably spacious, with a balcony and a sea view. The room has many storage options: a wardrobe and three drawers. There is a safe in the room and it is free to use. One staff member is present during breakfast and is very efficient and lovely. The cleaning staff is helpful, cleans the rooms well, and changes the towels daily! The pool area is well-kept and clean. We always manage to have a space. The beach is 13 km long, and beautiful! This area is part of Jesolo, where mostly Italians visit. Therefore, they don't speak English that well. You can visit Venice and the island in a few ways using public transport. The day pass is £25!

There are a few things to improve. * There is no fridge in the room. * The toilet brush was filthy. *The bathroom is tiny and has a wet room. * The bath curtains should be replaced as they are run-down and dirty. *Mosquitos ( this is not about the hotel, just a general comment!)

We were there second time. We love it. Fantastic owner and staff. Clean and comfy. Excellent breakfast, restaurant and bar. There is an outside pool. Close to the beach with dedicated umbrella and sunbed. We will come back again.

If I could give a rating higher than 10,I would.Everything was great.The staff is friendly and always at your service.The breakfast is excellent as is the coffee.Large free parking available.Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed.The beach is just a few steps away and free sunbeds are always waiting for you.The pool is large,water is warm.Everything was more than excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was cosy, modern and clean. We also enjoyed the view of the pool. The pool was spacious, really great for refreshing. We also appreciated that the hotel stuff was very kind and helpful.

I liked the breakfast. The food was good and various.

I didn't like that the room was small, old furniture and especially that they provide you refrigerator only for extra money.

Very friendly and helpful people work there. Brought us a single bed for our 4 years old without extra charge. Breakfast was good. Tasty food in the restaurant. Bathroom is ok. One small towel can solve the problem of wet floor after shower.

Noise in the street until 2:00 a.m.

Location was good near the beach. Hotel has reserved sunbeds fot their guests from the beach. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good.

Sea view was very limited even we paid extra for it. The hotel yard was messy. Old mattresses lying at the terrace etc. Otherwise terrace could be very nice area to hang out.

We had a great time! The room was very nice with balcony, clotheslines and a nice view. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast had a good selection. Also, the proximity to the beach and shopping was just perfect!

If you travel with dog, probably dont book the standard room cuz you going to get the old ones, not to already upgraded rooms. It wasnt bad, the aircon was working and all, just a bit out of date.

ME AND MY DAUGHTHER LIKED VERY MUCH THE B/FAST BUFFET, THE SWIMMING POOL AND OUR ROOM. WE CERTAINLY BE BACK THERE AGAIN.
