The breakfast was wonderful, splendid for this price actually. All kinds of bread, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits and beverages. The personnel was also very nice to us. The mall is the street over the corner, whereas the beach is only two corners down the other way. Shops and great restaurants are nearby, you may also borrow the hotel bike. Recommended!

Beware that the parking is paying and you can only call off the booking during the morning hours if you find a cheaper mean to park. The view from the balcony is not that pleasuring, but at least you have a place to sit out with a wine in hand.

Regarding opinion i have to write all things in 2 sections: 1) whole personel- works amazing and with passion. First time in Lignano who can use English language- much appreciated. Receptions Ladies, „car” Guys, all creates very nice atmosphere like in ***** hotels. Breakfast all on the highest standard. Well done! Second part. 2) rooms- its easier to say that rooms are divided by paper walls. Thats biggest pain. When You are in the room its easy to hear Your neighbor’s breath. Please imagine when You are with kids and in the next room You have young couple… please be prepared for the incoming talk:) Bathroom- im so sad that i didn’t take a picture. Please have a look how „easy” to use is regular shower. Looks like shower doors are from totally different shower set. Its hard to open, hard to close etc.

We loved it a lot and enjoyed the facility. The staff was amazing and very helpful, and every doubt we had they reassured and helped us . The breakfast was amazing. We had options to choose from, and as I noticed, they had options for gluten-free and vegans, which exceeded my expectations. The room was great . The hotel is essential 300 m from the beach and not even 50 m from the main way where you have a variety of restaurants and shop which you can enjoy in the evening. We will definitely come back.

Fast and easy check-in, parking spot directly in front of the hotel (payment only from May until September), just around the corner of "Zona pedonale", cozy but spacious room, perfect for families with two separate sleeping rooms, both with a direct door to the bathroom, big beds with additional pillows, heating/air conditioning worked perfectly fine, broad breakfast selection (even a wide range of savory options, gluten-free, non-diary, vegan)

Rooms are badly sound-proofed, even during low season the neighboring sounds (voices, shake up of furniture) kept you awake. Might be an even bigger issue during the summer months. A towel rack with drying function in the bathroom would be nice - especially in winter it's really freezing when stepping out of the shower.

Good location, close to the beach and commercial area. Friendly staff willing to help with everything. Good breakfast with many options.

The room and bathroom were quite small

Location of Hotel is excellent, right in the centre, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. A very good place to stay for a few nights.

Super nice and clean hotel. The personnel was very kind. Room cleaning and new towels every day.

The noise from other rooms is heard. Breakfast was good, but could have had more variants. The english of the personel was bad, but we understood each other.

The staff was really nice, kind and they spoke excellent english. No complaints. The breakfast was also very good and a lot of choices. We liked that the breakfast and check-out was until 11 am.

The staff was very frendly and helpful, very kind. The breackfast was Vegan frendly, simple but good. There were free bicycles and very closed of the beach and from the center town and nearby streets, shops , markets and promenade.

the hotel is well positioned. in the city centre. a dedicated parking is available. the breakfast is complete and delicious.

I’m the same street very close to the hotel there is the rubbish collection point. very early in the morning the collection takes place. @6.10am ta big lorry collected the glass bins.. I let you imagine the sound of a big bin full of glasses thrown into a collection basket. a different way to early wake up. anyway this is not related to the hotel and its management.
