Location (very close to the beach), overall quality (although the room equipment is older, it is well-maintained and fine, ideal size of the room and the bathroom), cleanness. The parking place at a near parking building, which is included in the price. Amazing was the inclusion of the beach place (umbrella and two sun loungers) in the price.

There were no serious problems. The only things we noticed were the inability of the night receptionist to speak English and communicate comprehensively the few information we needed to get (but we understood in the end) but that’s a common issue in the area, and also it can get noisier when there are louder neighbours.

We have been to Lignano before and we know the place well. This hotel is in the PERFECT location, 3 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes walk from the centre with all the restaurants, 2 minutes away from the Parco Junior (we have a 5 yo so that was a must - perfect attraction for children). The hotel provided the sun loungers at establishment 11 and parking permit in a close by multistorey. The room itself was simple but with everything that we needed; 1 double bed and 2 single so was perfect for the 3 of us. It had a small fridge and air con.

It is a little dated; for the price we paid I would have liked a more modern decor... the floor has this yellowish linoleum, maybe not great looking BUT personally I prefer that to carpet (at least I know it is clean)

As usually - perfect location, beach service, very good breakfast, coffee, possibility of using additional fridge, bicycles ... and very nice personnel and clean room.

The problem is with Booking.com(beds option) I was for the third time in the Hotel Regina but booking.com has changed the pages and added very small option to room for 2 people where the default option is - separate beds. The visual object is very small I overlooked that so it was very unexpected to see the room with the 2 beds in the sequence. As I said it is very tricky piece with very small object in the booking.com page that you can easily overlook. Then hotel personal did as much as possible to fix resp. to get through that situation.

This hotel was surprise for us, because we didnt expected so much. Hotel is in good location - on the end of main shopping street Communication with receptionist was without any problem, everybody was very friendly. We left car on marked place near by hotel, to take out our luggages from car. Receptionist give us the key from room, the parking card from parking house and beach tickets. Parking house is close to accomodation - 5 minutes by foot, it is included the price, 20E deposit-return at the end of stay Beach tickets - office 11 - 5 minutes by foot, it is included the price All the rooms are in first floor, there is no lift. The room is very small, it is good for 1-2nights stay. Furniture is older, but we dont have problem with it. There is minibar-very good facility in hot weather. We dont like the aircondi because blows directly on the bed. We had sed 26-27 temperature at night. Bathroom is smaller with enough big shower. Hair drier is here too. Room and bathroom were clean. There is a safety box-very good facility too. We had balcony too, but there were 2 aircondi boxes, and they still worked, so it was impossible to be there. Breakfast room is in the midldle of 1 floor, there is a lot of aircondi. You can sit outside of the hotel, or there is a few places by window. Breakfast has variety food, tomatoes, cucumber, 3 types of ham-prosciutto cotto, salami milano, cheese, joghurts, lot of fruits - melone, ananas, some musli, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, a lot of sweets - donuts, croissants, muffins, coffee is good from machine.

Aircondi could be in other place in the room There is no shelfs in wardrobe

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The place was impeccably clean, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. The location is ideal, with pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, and arcade games all nearby. For those who enjoy nightlife, there are mini concerts in the vicinity, making it a perfect place to stay. Additionally, the hotel offers free bike rentals for three hours, which is great for exploring the city. The receptionist, Andrea, was incredibly accommodating and provided extensive help to clients, enhancing our experience. The hotel is budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Breakfast options were wide-ranging and delicious, especially considering the price. The cabinets in the room were also spacious enough to accommodate all our belongings.

The only downside was that when we entered our room, there were droplets of water on the shower door. However, everything else in the room was spotlessly clean.

The receptionist Andrea provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help, she made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her local knowledge and willingness to accommodate special requests truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel needs a bit of renovation, very outdated furniture

I have to say that during our stay some things has changed/improved rapidly. This hotel is in very good location with beach service and close parking place as included service. Check-in service is very smooth and quick. We used free bicycles from the hotel almost daily. We received clean towels and got the room cleaned every morning - superb. (For the people who cannot stand air-conditioning stream straight over the bed - we moved with agreement of the cleaning service the bed to opposite side/wall and it remained till end of our stay) - perfect. The only problematic point was breakfast in the nearby restaurant. But this was fixed in the mid of our stay. Now and onwards the hotel serves the breakfast in house with very good Lavazza coffee(no breakfast instant stuff), fruits, some vegetables, and everything what usually people eat(wide variety) - so there should be no complains anymore. For us fabulous. Executive visits the breakfast an ensures that everything is as it should be....and if they can do more. You can feel valuable and respected. This is really good place to stay. I would be grateful if you could publish our review to that hotel to reflect the current situation.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Shower was great, AC worked well. Bikes were available most of the time.

Wish the beds were a little more comfy, too hard for me. Rooms were small, but we didn't spend that much time in the room anyway.

Everything was nice. Staff, breakfast, rooms. Close to the beach, provided and included in price sunbeds and chairs. Also, if you need, they can give u bike for free ( 3 hours) ..so far, reccomended.

1 block from beach, 2 blocks from beach chairs. Breakfast was nice, air conditioner worked well, comfortable room, helpful staff, bicycles.

No lift. Rooms are on first Italian floor.
