We stayed here in April 2024 for one night and we were very happy to have booked B&B Serena. We were greeted and welcomed by an acquaintance of the host, a very nice lady and her daughter (via her iPad to do the translation). This worked very well. We were supplied with bottles of water and one must mention how impeccably clean the apartment was. It's probably not that long ago, since everything was renovated, or they have been able to keep things very well. We felt very comfortable. We were travelling throughout Sicily by car and it came in handy that we could park the car just 20m up the street. The apartment itself had great views. We received vouchers for a local bar in order to have breakfast the next day. Everyone in our family of 6 could choose between a piece of pizza or something sweet and we all received coffee, the children soft-drinks. This way we started very well into our hiking day in the Nebrodi mountains and it was also kind of nice to observe the inhabitants of Longi start their day in that same bar. If we ever return to the Nebrodi mountains we would book this apartment again without hesitation and we highly recommend it. Thank you for hosting us!

The room and bathroom were big and comfortable. The shower was good. The bar where the breakfast was served had very tasty pastries. The host was nice.

The stove in the kitchen didn't work and the house was a bit cold.

Very warm welcome/very nice communication/prompt replies, easy check-in with a key box. The location was perfect for us and the views from the balcony were super nice. The room was huge and absolutely spotless (as was the whole apartment), very comfy bed. Absolutely recommended!

The cafe where we would have gotten breakfast (with the breakfast vouchers that we received) is closed on Thursdays, so no breakfast for us unfortunately... The stove/cooker was broken/had no gas so we couldn't cook which was a shame as we were expecting to have a fully equipped kitchen and had done our grocery shopping accordingly

Although we did not meet our host in person, everything was perfectly organized, prepared and perfectly clean. We also received a lot of information about the locality. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Great location in the heart of Nebrodi. Our host was very helpful and over the phone she could fix the smallest problems. The views from this location are stunning almost surreal.

Only thing I can comment on is that the volume of hot water wasn't enough to take 4 showers in a row.
