It was centrally located and the directions were clear. Even included “if ZTL active, go this way directions included. Parking at the hotel garage was available and the owner parked and retrieved my car. The rooms were very clean. Very quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom very clean. The little mini fridge was stocked and the prices were very very reasonable. 80 cents for a bottle of water. 1 euro for coke and fanta. Breakfast was standard small Italian hotel. Not huge variety but perfectly adequate. Real cappuccino made at the bar. Five minutes walk to the Opera venue. Easy strolling through the historic center. There are many restaurants to choose from within a five minute walk.

Nothing at all this is exactly what every small private hotel should aspire to.

Once familiar with the location it was fairly convenient for sights,restaurants etc. Room comfortable with fridge and balcony overlooking street.Friendly staff.All I needed.

Location of property a little hard to find in windy layout of old narrow streets.Hotel not particularly attractive from outside.Street quite austere.

The hospitality of the hosts, the spacious room and bathroom, the good location of the hotel, the breakfast included. All in all, good value for money. If coming back, I would definitely stay again in this cozy hotel.

Very friendly and helpful manager that gave us excellent directions to arrive at the hotel in the heart of the old walled city. Perfect location with parking onsite for €8 per day. Breakfast included and excellent selection for Gluten free ( Coeliac) that was great for me. Very comfortable room with all that we needed. The whole old city was all within a short beautiful walk. What an incredible place to visit!!

excellent helpful staff with a terrifically stocked breakfast that featured lots of choice. Excellent location in the heart of town. Even went the extra mile and drove me to my bus connection early on a Sunday morning

Super comfy bed, maybe the best in my entire traveling history! :) If you're visiting a performance in Arena Sferisterio, Arcadia is hillariously close so you get there in a blink of an eye. The receptionist is kind and helpful. :)

No complaints except for a missing chair on the balcony, that would be great to just sit and chill.

The location was absolutely superb, so close to the Sferisterio, and close to the city centre. Good breakfast included. We had a large comfortable room.
