The location was practical because it was close to the motorway, but neither on my Tom Tom, nor on my phone, could I find the address, so I phoned the hotel and they talked me to the hotel while I drove. Friendliness of the staff and thoughtfulness were very special and make you feel at home!

For me, the chairs in the restaurant were unbearable, but they offered me the chair of the receptionist, so I was OK. For people who use a walker or a wheelchair, there was a ramp but it was very steep and I preferred using the steps because I was afraid everything would fall off my walker.

The exceptional hospitality of the entire staff and their everlasting quest to satisfy and accomodate their customers. We were arriving late from a ferry crossing in Ancona and not only did they allow us to park our car securely in the back of the hotel they organised a pizza wine and profiteroles dessert for us after their restaurant had closed. it was waiting for us when we arrived almost 2 hours late. We were so grateful. Their genuine support and approach to customer satisfaction was outstanding. This is a very special holistic experience. Definitely not one to miss. We will certainly be back.

Have been there before so knew what to expect. And, no disappointments . This time we went to the restaurant. It is incredible and certainly worth the visit. Very satisfied.

staff were amazing! rooms were very clean, everything was new - nice sized room & bathroom & balcony. food was amazing & walking distance to the beach!

The hotel is located on the road parallel to the railway line and the beach, you just need to cross the street and take an underpass under the railway to get to the beach which is by far the major local attraction. The room was quite spacious in light colours with nice and very clean bathroom and (which we particularly appreciated after a long ride on a very hot day) perfect AC. The room has a small balcony, ours was very quite as it was at the back of the building. If your ideal holidays means going to the beach every day, it is a very good choice. If you want to do some sightseeing you will surprisingly many places to see within half an hour drive.

Used this hotel as a base while looking around the area. Rimini, San Marino etc. restaurant on site. Sky tv was available free.

Breakfast was quite basic. Corn flakes or coco pops. No fresh fruit available and items not replenished enough.
