The hotel’s location among apple orchards and vineyards offers lovely mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for breakfast and dinner with a view. Very good breakfast and delicious dinner dishes even though there are not that many options to choose from.

It is far from most Dolomiti attractions, with limited activities in the area. The bed was stiff for our taste, the pillows uncomfortable (even though we were brought new ones), and the modern, concrete-and-black-trim design made the room feel dark and uninviting. Our garden room did not receive morning sun due to the building’s orientation. The Wi-Fi worked poorly to almost not working at all during our stay, which was somewhat annoying since we didn’t have phone service either beeing surround by mountains. The pool area was on the small side and often crowded. While the surroundings are scenic, the overall experience did not fully meet my expectations.

The pool could close later ( it closes at 7 pm ). No possibility to eat lunch in the hotel. The staff was rude and unproffessional, when i asked at lunch can i eat, they said only icecream and cookies, i replied that I dont want any sweets and they told me that i can go to McDonalds in the city centre. Dissappointing.

Amazing place! around the mountains, the view is simply magical

An unpleasant surprise is that the chalet does not have air conditioning for cooling. Sometimes it was very stuffy. The waiters in the restaurant are not very friendly, although the food is tasty and the prices are reasonable.

All inclusive, contemporary design, comfortable, well staffed, ready to address your needs, very clean, excellent food, beautiful setting

The hotel is modern and cool, the staff are super friendly and professional, the breakfast is absolutely amazing and the spa center is really well done. We enjoyed every single moment spent in the hotel.

When the spa center is crowded, then is not that enjoyable, so maybe they can limit the numbers when the hotel is really full. The restaurant is a bit over priced for dinners.

Great sauna and pool area, with a great view. Even if it’s full it doesn’t feel crowded. You can tell everything was carefully designed and it is appreciated.

the staff doesn’t know english and is rude…if they see that you are not italian or german they do not really give a damn about you and talk with you like you are in the back yard of a school.

Modern interior and clean rooms - staff was very friendly and helpful. Many transport options - city center of Meran near by, Meran 2000 (Tourist attraction) 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast with an incredibly view and good food.

The only thing to improve in our eyes would be more spaces in the shadow at the rooftop area. No more things that we didn't like.
