Absolutely amazing breakfast! Well organised, generous selection of food, delicious omelettes, beautiful setting in the garden with view over the mountains, kind staff. The room was spotlessly clean. I wished we had more time to enjoy the pool and the garden as both looked great.

The rooms and bathrooms are more dated than the instagram-like photos seem to show. It was also somewhat hot inside. But we opened the balcony door for the night, and the mountain breeze made all the difference.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable rooms. Amazing indoor swimming pool and outside garden area. Delicious breakfast served daily by very friendly and professional Agnes and her staff. Spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed an extra night. Lots of free parking. Free bus travel to neighbouring towns and villages from just across the road.

It would have been wonderful if they had an evening restaurant. However, the boss explained that they previously did but now too difficult to find good reliable staff

One of the best run hotels I’ve stayed in in the last couple of years. The hotel is very well managed in everything is clean with no floss whatsoever. Breakfast is impeccable and so is the service. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area including Tivoli, but this is so much better.

Everything is excellent, but maybe a little bit nice chlorine in the swimming pool. This is just a minor suggestion because everything is actually five star.

We booked our stay last minute, after our other accomodation cancelled on us. I will be honest, thist might have been the most fortunate unfortunate event. 😊 The staff was the kindest, the place was sparkling clean, the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, and as a very important bonus, our dog was also welcome here. We highly recommend this place, and whenever we will come around Merano, we know for sure where to stay!

Great location with beautiful views. Room was large and well stocked. Breakfast had a nice selection of options. Staff was friendly and helpful.
