Beautiful property - once a tobacco factory so very industrial chic with stone arched ceilings. Fully equipped mini kitchen. Really comfy beds - air con that works perfectly. Nice pool with loungers. Perfectly adequate breakfast with good coffee. Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful old town of Mesagne - a perfect location within touching distance of Lecce to the south and Ostuni to the north. Ladies on front desk brilliant .. thanks .. we left only today and are already planning to return.

There is nothing not to like.. if you are reading this .. don’t hesitate .. book it !!

Breakfast was self-service, both salami, cheese, mozzarella and sweet croissants, cakes, butter, jam. Excellent coffee, juice... We decided on the location because of the affordable price of the accommodation, and thus unexpectedly discovered another city, Italian pearl with an additional plus - few tourists. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and apartments are designed in every detail in accordance with the local culture and history - in short, the highest level of interior design.

Parking is free on the street, which was no problem in November but it could be a problem in the summer.

After reading the reviews I had high expectations, but the hotel had even exceeded my high expectations. Every detail of hotel’s decoration is well thought through and has a tobacco touch to it. Location can not be better - immeditely outside of historic center. Our room was bigger than expected and equipped with a little fridge and a coffee/tea maker. Balcony with a view of church bells is simply priceless. Breakfast: buffet style, something for everyone’s taste. Would return without hesitation.

I was on a road trip of the area and looking for a reasonably priced overnight stop. I was sceptical at first about the high score of the hotel, especially at such a good price, but after staying here it is completely justified. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, great room facilties and amenities, comfy bed, pleasant balcony view of the city, staff very friendly and breakfast choice exceeded expectations. I have to say it was so much better than many Italian hotels I've paid a lot more for in the past, and if I'm ever back in the area again I will definitely be staying here.

The only negative thing I can say is that due to tiled floors noise echos down the corridors a bit, but otherwise I can't fault.

Tobacco Suite was a beautiful place to stay in Mesagne. It was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants in the evening, and when we did use our car during the day, we were always able to find a free parking spot nearby on our return. The onsite swimming pool was a real plus. What really made our stay so special was the fact that all the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. We'd love to return one day!

Really lovely hotel in a beautifully restored historic building. Good size room with balcony and very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and absolutely silent. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the old town of Mesange. Ample on street parking around the hotel. Good continental breakfast which can be taken on the patio overlooking the pool. Staff all incredibly friendly.

Nitpicking here but towels are a little thin which is a shame given the overall level of quality throughout the hotel. Pool area a little bland, could do with more planting and maybe some wall art to make the area more attractive.

Great spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, lovely unique design - it’s a converted tobacco factory. Really a hidden gem in Mesagne. The lady who welcomed us was extremely friendly. Pool area looked very nice, too. Location is great, very short walk to the city centre, parking outside available, petrol station only few meters away (conveniently located if you fly from Brindisi airport). Would definitely come again!

The only thing that bothered us a bit were the flashing lights of the motion detector and some other appliance at night.

We loved all of it! Maybe the hotel is not in very touristic place but that’s whet we searched for. The whole place is very neat, clean and well kept. The rooms are super clean, very comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels. Cool small balcony included. Very tasty breakfast, great coffee. Nice pool and free public parking places. Highly recommend that place! Oh and all the stuff - very kind people :)

Loved this hotel. First the room is more like an apartment, it was stunning. If I were going to stay in Mesagne for a longer stay, this hotel would be a must-stay location. The price was amazing. It was one block of the center so it was super quiet with convenient free parking nearby. But so close to walk to anything you may need. Mesagne has many excellent restaurants and plenty of lively establishments if you wanted to go out after dinner. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious and they went out of the way to make sure my allergies were accommodated. Beautiful high ceilings with stonework throughout the rooms and property.

The Smart TV did not work easily. The lady from the desk did come in and tried to help us which was kind. Small sacrifice for such a lovely space.

Loved the features in this property and close to the centre storico and beautiful cobblestone streets. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Unfortunately only there for one night but kids had a lovely swim in the pool in the morning of checkout.

It’s a quiet place and you can hear everything in the room but it’s wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast is basic but lovely fresh fruit and croissants.
